★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 19 aprile ho acquistato dal negozio Juice di Arezzo un regalo di compleanno per mio figlio che consisteva in un caricatore senza fili (wireless) per il suo Iphone preso dallo stesso negozio qualche mese fa. Tuttavia mi hanno impacchettato un caricatore generico, e non quello originale Apple "MagSafe" che volevo. Il 22 di aprile mi sono recata nel negozio con lo scontrino e la merce per cambiare l'articolo, avendo prima mandato mio figlio per vedere se avessero l'articolo desiderato, e ho aspettato ore per fare il cambio. Dopo aver controllato e verificato l'articolo da cambiare, chiudendo la scatola e dicendo che fosse tutto a posto la commessa ha visto nell'angolo della confezione una piccola rottura. Da qui molto altro tempo ad aspettare la risposta per l'autorizzazione per il cambio con foto e tante lamentele da parte della commessa, come "non so se si può cambiare....è come un vestito rotto". Dopo tanta attesa la risposta è stata che purtroppo l'articolo non potesse essere cambiato ma mi si sarebbe potuto fare uno sconto su ciò che avrebbe voluto mio figlio. Sono uscita senza dire una parola. Servizio pessimo.
On April 19th I bought from the Juice shop in Arezzo a birthday present for my son which consisted of a wireless charger for his Iphone taken from the same shop a few months ago. However, they packed me a generic charger, and not the original Apple "MagSafe" charger I wanted. On April 22 I went to the shop with the receipt and the goods to change the item, having first sent my son to see if they had the desired item, and I waited hours to make the change. After checking and verifying the item to be changed, closing the box and saying it was all right, the saleswoman saw a small break in the corner of the package. Hence much more time to wait for the response for the authorization for the change with photos and many complaints from the saleswoman, such as "I don't know if you can change it .... it's like a broken dress". After a long wait, the answer was that unfortunately the article could not be changed but I could have made a discount on what my son wanted. I left without saying a word. Bad service.

Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla preparazione e dalla passione con le quali mi ha spiegato piccoli trucchi per migliorarne l’utilizzo. Tanto giovane quanto preparata e in più solare! Meglio di così?! Non sono uscito a mani vuote… ha fatto un magnifico restyling al mio telefono. Molto soddisfatto!
I was desperate, I was afraid of having to throw away my iPhone but I was immediately reassured by the girl who quickly solved everything. I was very impressed by the preparation and the passion with which he explained small tricks to improve its use. As young as it is prepared and more sunny! Better than this?! I didn't go out empty-handed… he did a great makeover on my phone. Very satisfied!
