★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamani mi sono recata in farmacia uscendo quasi in lacrime. Dopo aver contattato lunedì 16 e chiesto se avessero mascherine disponibili per evitare inutili spostamenti, mi è stato detto di andare venerdì mattina giorno in cui sarebbero arrivate e che non prendevano prenotazioni. Stamani sono andata, ho fatto la fila e quando è arrivato il mio turno mi sono sentita dire le ho ma a te non le posso dare le do a chi ho in lista.... Scusate lo sfogo ma mi sento trattata come un cittadino di serie B e mi sento negata di un mio diritto. Anche perché ad un cliente prima di me sono state vendute senza problemi. Onestamente ci sono rimasta molto molto amareggiata credo che a nessuno debba essere negato un bene di prima necessità. E che un farmacista abbia il dovere di limitare dove possibile gli spostamenti in un momento così delicato.
This morning I went to the pharmacy going out almost in tears. After contacting Monday 16 and asking if they had masks available to avoid unnecessary travel, I was told to go on Friday morning the day they would arrive and that they would not take reservations. This morning I went, I lined up and when my turn came I heard them say I have them but I can't give them to those on the list .... Sorry for the outburst but I feel treated like a citizen of Serie B and I feel denied my right. Also because to a customer before me they were sold without problems. Honestly, I was very, very bitter, I think nobody should be denied a basic necessity. And that a pharmacist has a duty to limit travel where possible in such a delicate moment.
