E per avere quello che vuoi te, devi solo litigarci. Ti fanno mille problemi e ti chiedono mille domande anche sul personale per comprare un medicinale, che in altre farmacie danno tranquillamente senza troppi problemi. Personale molto cortese e capace di sopportare le paturnie dei clienti . Mi è capitato di essere presente ad una scena che sembrava uscita da un film comico. Non le invidio !!! La prima volta che l’ho ordinato sarebbe dovuto arrivare due giorni dopo di MATTINA, mi presento e no, non c’è, arriva di pomeriggio (tempo e benzina sprecati, anche perché non abito in zona). Riordinato lo stesso farmaco, vado per ritirarlo dopo circa 15/20 giorni dall’ordine (la ricetta ancora era valida) e no, il farmaco non c’è “forse non glielo abbiamo ordinato perché costa tanto e ci doveva dare l’ok” ma quando? Gli accordi non erano questi. Ritornata oggi pomeriggio, con la ricetta scaduta da due giorni e viene fuori che il farmaco era li, e la farmacista non era stata capace di trovarlo. Morale: mi hanno fatto mille storie per averlo nonostante lo sbaglio fosse loro e mi tocca anche spendere 5€ per rifarmi fare la ricetta (non sono i 5€ in sé ma più una questione di principio). Mi toccherà continuare ad andare da loro perché sono gli unici a reperirlo ma non sono per nulla contenta. Not satisfied at all, they have already caused me discomfort for a drug for veterinary use. Moral: they made me a thousand stories to get it despite the mistake it was and I also have to spend 5 € to make up for the recipe (it's not the 5 € in itself but more a matter of principle). I'll have to keep going to them because they are the only ones to find it but I'm not happy at all.

Soddisfa tutti in famiglia a due e quattro zampe ? Well-stocked pharmacy, when they don't have a product in a few hours they make you find it. My mother-in-law very happy .. Good for veterinary care.
