Ho telefonato nel primo pomeriggio per sapere se erano disponibili delle zanzariere per passeggino e una commessa ha risposto che ce ne erano di vari tipi disponibili al momento. Ho detto che avevo bisogno di due zanzariere (avendo due gemelli) e mi hanno detto che non c'era nessun problema. Dopo meno di un'ora mia madre si è presentata in negozio e alla sua richiesta i commessi hanno risposto che l'ultima era finita in mattinata. Morale della favola: non telefonate se avete bisogno di qualcosa, tanto loro diranno di sì per attirare clienti. Personalmente farò una pessima pubblicità al negozio e straccerò la tessera. Bad service and unreliable staff. I phoned early in the afternoon to find out if mosquito nets were available for pushchairs and a saleswoman replied that there were several types available at the time. I said I needed two mosquito nets (having twins) and they said there was no problem. After less than an hour my mother showed up at the shop and at her request the shop assistants replied that the last one was over in the morning. Moral of the story: do not phone if you need something, so they will say yes to attract customers. Personally I will make a bad publicity to the shop and tear the card.

j	jiansu wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata sto pomeriggio con una mia amica per prendere due paia di scarpe.Lasciamo stare il tempo di attesa che c era stato solo per choedere il numero che alla fine non ce la dato neanche(erano 2 commesse alla cassa e non c era piu nessun altro dei loro personali)finalmente arriva una(c era una signora davanti a me per chiedere per le scarpe anche lei)dopo ancora un paio di minuti di attesa,le chiedo se mi poteva dare un paio di scarpe che provo a mia figlia(non ho chiesto assolutamente a lei di mettere le scarpe a mia figli!),lei con un atteggiamento pessimo mi risponde che dovevo aspettare e che non ha ancora finito di mettere le scarpe ai figli della signora(nel momento che le stavo chiedendo per il numero era ferma,non stava facendo nulla)，mica siamo al supermercato a prendere i salumi che per forza bisogna aspettare il cliente precedente che finisce.ora voglio dire cosa le costava per darmi un paio di scarpe,che comunque lo avrei messa sicuramente da sola a mia figlia senza nessu suo aiuto!!Dalla rabbia siamo andate via senza comprare nulla e non co andro' mai piu'!!!Sconsiglioooo! Ad ogni modo il personale è professionale e possono comunque procurare tutto da catalogo. Average shop and not particularly well stocked, I expected something more.
