★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata oggi in questo negozio. Solo 1 cassa aperta con una fila interminabile di martedì mattina, giorno in cui solitamente non si fanno neppure 3 minuti di fila nei negozi. Una ragazza alla cassa e l’altra guardava la fila senza alzare un dito e aprirne una nuova. Mezz’ora e più di fila per pagare una cosa sola, incredibile. Per di più chiedere 5 centesimi per la busta è a dir poco ASSURDO E VERGOGNOSO. Io che compro i vestiti dove dovrei metterli? Esco dal negozio con i vestiti in mano? Davvero imbarazzante da parte vostra. La commessa ha pure avuto la presunzione e l’arroganza di insisteste che è così ovunque, cosa che NON È ASSOLUTAMENTE VERA. Neppure negozi di livello inferiore ti fanno pagare la busta. Ciliegina sulla torta? Alla fine ha pure scordato l’antitaccheggio, è suonato l’allarme e la collega all’ingresso dice “eh vabbè può capitare”. MAI PIÙ!! Prima e ultima volta qua.
I went to this shop today. Only 1 cashier open with an endless queue on Tuesday morning, a day when usually you don't even queue for 3 minutes in the shops. One girl at the cashier and the other looked at the queue without lifting a finger and opening a new one. Half an hour or more in a row to pay for just one thing, incredible. Furthermore, asking for 5 cents for the envelope is nothing short of ABSURD AND SHAMEFUL. I who buy the clothes where should I put them? Do I leave the store with clothes in hand? Really embarrassing of you. The saleswoman also had the presumption and arrogance to insist that this is the case everywhere, which IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. Not even lower-tier stores charge you for the envelope. The icing on the cake? In the end she also forgot the anti-shoplifting, the alarm went off and her colleague at the entrance says "oh well, it can happen". NEVER AGAIN!! First and last time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi ne darei 100 di stelline, è in assoluto il mio negozio preferito e il mio marchio preferito, ho sempre comprato da kiabi, prima lo facevo on line adesso lo posso fare anche di persona, ho aperto un buono bebè con il quale grazie a questo contributo pianteranno un albero... è un ottima iniziativa... Consiglio a tutti di comprare kiabi, c'è tutto quello che si possa cercare anche le misure più piccole fino a quelle più grandi con le loro taglie forti per non parlare del loro stile, tutto molto giovanile e trendy anche se si è in sovrappeso...lo adoro... prezzi bassi e qualità ottima e il negozio è tutto molto pulito e ordinato, commesse gentili e professionali... Tornerò senza ombra di dubbio..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben distribuito, vasto assortimento ed ottima pulizia, unica nota dolente più di 20 minuti alle casse. Vedere mamme con bambini piccoli in braccio o in gravidanza ed una sola cassa funzionante poco piacevole. Se il servizio fosse migliore avrei dato sicuramente 5 stelle

Non conoscevo questo brand, abbigliamento uomo donna bambino che mi sembra di discreta qualità con prezzi in linea ad altri di simile livello. Domenica pomeriggio due casse aperte, nessuna attesa. Non mi è piaciuta solo la posizione dei camerini.
New shop at the Portals of San Giovanni La Punto. I did not know this brand, clothing for men, women and children that seems to me of good quality with prices in line with others of a similar level. Sunday afternoon two open cash desks, no waiting. I just didn't like the location of the dressing rooms.
