The science department is well stocked, perhaps one of the best non-specialist bookstores I know, so I suppose everything else too. The staff is very courteous.

Excellent library, with a large variety of books for young and old. Staff always smiling, available and ready to help you. I also follow them on Facebook so as not to miss the news or the advice of the owner, who carries out her work with love and passion. It is a pleasure to shop within this library! Negozio piccolo ma ben organizzato. Presenta un'ampia raccolta di libri suddivisi per genere.
Molto interessante anche la raccolta di giochi da tavolo, alcuni poco conosciuti ma davvero carini.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
One of the few bookstores of this chain in the province of Catania.
Small but well organized shop. It presents a large collection of books divided by genre.
Also very interesting is the collection of board games, some little known but really nice.
Friendly and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un libro presso questa libreria causa buono regalo. Dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, contatto il punto vendita dopo due settimane di attesa per averne notizia dato il silenzio. La reperibilità del libro in questione era scarsa dunque il giorno dopo vengo ricontattato per segnalare l'annullamento dell'ordine stesso. Concordo con il commesso di recarmi la settimana successiva nel punto vendita per trovare qualche titolo alternativo. Nonostante sia fuori mano, mi dirigo fisicamente in libreria. La trovo "aperta" ma impossibilitata a vendere alcunché per inventario svolto in un insospettabile lunedì lavorativo.
Non metto in discussione la qualità della libreria e del suo personale (che poteva avvisare su un possibile inventario durante il contatto telefonico) , ma rimane forte la delusione per la pessima esperienza cliente che mai ho altrove provato.
I ordered a book at this bookstore due to a gift certificate. After placing the order, I contact the store after two weeks of waiting to have the news given silence. The availability of the book in question was poor so the next day I am contacted to report the cancellation of the order. I agree with the clerk to go to the store the following week to find some alternative title. Despite being out of the way, I physically head to the bookstore. I find it "open" but unable to sell anything for inventory done on an unexpected working Monday.
I do not question the quality of the bookstore and its staff (who could advise on a possible inventory during the telephone contact), but the disappointment remains strong for the bad customer experience that I have never experienced elsewhere.
