Sinceramente dopo €118 di spesa, non solo rimproverata per averle fatto fare qualche viaggio in più in magazzino, visto che stavo pensando sul momento ai regali da fare, come se stesse facendo Lei un favore a me, e non io a lei dato che stavo acquistando, ma oltretutto dopo aver effettuato il pagamento ho dovuto io ricordarle che mi spettavano i punti con il 30% di sconto (superando una somma di €60) da poter usufruire al prossimo acquisto..rispondendomi :"doveva ricordarmelo prima!!!". Tu in quanto commessa devi essere precisa e fare il tuo dovere...ma in primis il cliente che acquista che soprattutto è cortese con te... devi essere altrettanto gentile! Con questo negozio ho chiuso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un'assidua cliente thun, ma dopo oggi non metterò più piede nello shop dei portali. Le commesse sgarbate e saccenti. Eccetto una molto gentile. Anche al telefono, ti rispondono tutte arroganti e presuntuose. Quando al loro rispondere in modo maleducato ho risposto che avrei lasciato la roba prenotata, una di loro mi ha risposto che per lei ero libera di andare via. Non si trattano così i clienti. mai e dico mai più. Se non troverò più un articolo dove di solito mi servo, preferisco piuttosto allungare di qualche chilometro ed arrivare persino fino al punto vendita più lontano o al limite acquistare sul sito e pagare una spedizione, ma qui mai mai più.
I am a regular THUN customer, but after today I won't set foot in the portal shop again. The rude and pedantic orders. Except a very nice one. Even on the phone, they all answer you arrogant and presumptuous. When I replied to their rude reply that I would leave the stuff booked, one of them replied that for her I was free to leave. You don't treat customers like that. never and I mean never again. If I no longer find an item where I usually need, I prefer to extend a few kilometers and even get to the furthest point of sale or buy on the site and pay for a shipment, but here never ever again.

Oltretutto, è comprovato che la loro voglia di lavorare è pari a zero (se non meno), viste le loro innumerevoli distrazioni sui miei acquisti, che, per giunta, sono state forzatamente riconosciute con tanta presunzione e un'umiltà inesistente.
Chiederei al titolare di avere un occhio di riguardo sulle recensioni... il cliente non va trattato in questo modo!

Fai fatica a trovare i prezzi esposti poiché mancanti in tantissimi prodotti mettendo in difficoltà il cliente nell' acquisto. Un grosso punto di forza sono invece le dipendenti per disponibilità e gentilezza: Sonia su tutte.
