 Nice place surrounded by greenery with characteristic tombs. The only flaw is that it is poorly indicated by tourist itineraries.

Strade chiuse che segnalano frane inesistenti e dentro le tombe sporco, lattine e pompe dei motori.. Poi una casa vicina.. catene con segnalato il divieto di accesso.
Sono Toscana e mi son vergognata. Non le segnalate neanche questo punto.

Closed roads that signal non-existent landslides and dirt inside the graves, cans and engine pumps .. Then a neighboring house .. chains with no access sign.
I am Tuscany and I am ashamed. Don't mention this point either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto stupendo per vivere l'archeologia. lasciato però completamente in stato di abbandono e non immediato da trovare. Bisogna percorrere una lunga strada sterrata, fino ad una casa. Intorno ad essa è pieno di tombe di vario genere. Da maps è facile comunque vedere dove si trova la casa.
Wonderful place to experience archeology. But left completely in a state of neglect and not straightforward to find. You have to travel a long dirt road to a house. Around it it is full of various kinds of graves. From maps it is easy still see where the house is located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo spesso molti siti archeologici vengono lasciati a marcire nel tempo,e questa necropoli non ne è esclusa. ..incuria,sporcizia,fanno da cornice a questa necropoli...in alcuni casi le camere mortuarie sono utilizzate come bivacco per ovini...sarebbe il caso che le autorità competenti ne prendessero atto e facessero qualcosa per rivalutare questo posto.
Too often, many archaeological sites are left to rot over time, and this necropolis is not excluded. ..incuria, dirt, are the setting for this necropolis ... in some cases the mortuary rooms are used as a bivouac for sheep ... it would be appropriate for the competent authorities to take note and do something to re-evaluate this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poggio buco,la morte dell'ennesima necropoli etrusca, se tenuta meglio sarebbe una necropoli interessante, purtroppo l' abbandono regna sovrano e se non si farà nulla presto scomparirà, peccato perché alcune tombe sono interessanti.
Venendo da pitigliano fate la strada per manciano,una volta arrivati al ponte sul Fiora , lo passate e prendete la strada bianca che sale sul colle, arriverete a un bivio con una cassetta postale, prendete la strada di sinistra e arrivate dove c'è un masso con un albero che divide la strada.
Parcheggiate e superate la catenella, li troverete le prime tombe, seguite la strada, troverete delle case abbandonate, sul lato destro del costone troverete le altre tombe, seguite le staccionate e vi porterà alla tomba più bella di tutta la necropoli ancora visibile.
Poggio buco, the death of the umpteenth Etruscan necropolis, if kept better it would be an interesting necropolis, unfortunately the abandonment reigns supreme and if nothing is done it will soon disappear, too bad because some tombs are interesting.
Coming from Pitigliano take the road to Manciano, once you arrive at the bridge over the Fiora, pass it and take the dirt road that climbs the hill, you will arrive at a crossroads with a mailbox, take the left road and arrive where there is a boulder with a tree dividing the road.
Park and pass the chain, you will find the first tombs, follow the road, you will find abandoned houses, on the right side of the ridge you will find the other tombs, follow the fences and it will take you to the most beautiful tomb of the whole necropolis still visible.
