★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lungo la Via Amerina si trova questa grande necropoli rupestre interamente scavata nella viva roccia.
La segnaletica è veramente scarsa.
Da qui parte un bel sentiero che costeggia il torrente di difficoltà medio-facile che porta alla tagliata di Fantibassi.
Segaletica inesistente
 Along the Via Amerina there is this large rock necropolis entirely dug into the rock.
The signage is really poor.
From here starts a nice path that runs along the river of medium-easy difficulty that leads to the Tagliata di Fantibassi.

Very interesting historical / cultural walk in a place I did not know and which is relatively close to where I live. TO BE SEEN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via Amerina, Cavo degli Zucchi, Ponte Romano sul Fosso dei tre Ponti ... tanti soggetti un unico comune denominatore WONDERFUL ... trovo che la Tuscia regala emozioni, paesaggi, corsi d'acqua, natura da fare invidia al mondo intero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La necropoli falisca del Cavo degli Zucchi nei pressi di Fabrica di Roma si sviluppa ai lati della Via Amerina che qui è perfettamente conservata. Le tombe sono scavate sulle pareti della tagliata che costeggia la strada. I reperti trovati durante gli scavi sono esposti al Museo Nazionale dell’Agro Falisco a Civita Castellana.
The Faliscan necropolis of Cavo degli Zucchi near Fabrica di Roma develops on the sides of the Via Amerina which is perfectly preserved here. The tombs are excavated on the walls of the cut that runs along the road. The artifacts found during the excavations are exhibited at the National Museum of Agro Falisco in Civita Castellana.
