Sorry to write these reviews: bar without staff, long wait to order and long wait to receive the order, the coffee has no taste, it looks like soup for soup, forgotten or wrong orders ... not to be recommended

Antipatia dos funcionários.
Os estrangeiros “que não falam italiano” são alvo de chacota das empregadas.
Preços acrescidos do “servi-lo à mesa” mesmo quando são os clientes a fazer o pedido ao balcão e a levarem a cómoda à mesa.
As empregadas sentem-se impunes para fazer o que lhes apetece.
Se voltasse a este lugar em Siracusa, jamais entraria no Neapolis Café.
FOREIGNERS ARE NOT WELCOME
Dislike of employees.
Foreigners “who don't speak Italian” are mocked by the maids.
Prices plus “serving it at the table” even when customers place their order at the counter and take the dresser to the table.
Employees feel unpunished to do what they want.
If I returned to this place in Syracuse, I would never enter the Neapolis Café.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if it was possible. First they don't display the prices. When I asked for their tavola calda they quoted me a price but then when I checked my bill I realised they charged me a substantially higher price. When I challenged them they refused to aknowledge their mistake and just came up with a bunch of excuses. I recommend avoiding this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The setting means it has a monopoly so given the reviews I initially viewed it as renting a table, and it was closed when we first arrived.
However our experience did not reflect some of the of the reviews, The staff were really pleasant and helpful, the coffee was fine and not too expensive given where you are.
