★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El viernes 29/09/2017 sobre las 13,45 horas, en la salida del aeropuerto de Roma me ofrecieron el servicio de taxi, acepté cometiendo el error de no preguntar el precio por el traslado hasta el hotel La Griffe en la Via Nazionale, al llegar al destino el conductor me pidió 120€, le dije que me parecía muy caro y me contesto que era el precio que ellos tenian establecido por la empresa. Después me enteré que el precio normal era de 48€ con taxi publico y para los vehículos con conductor de compañías como NCC era de 60€. Lamentablemente caí en las manos de un sinvergüenza por lo que lamentablemente mi opinión es totalmente negativa.

Unfortunately I fell into the hands of a scoundrel so unfortunately my opinion is totally negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of con men. We arrived late at Rome Airport needing a taxi to the Trevi area. We were approached by an individual offering us a taxi and were ushered to a car park. We were expecting a charge of around €50 but when we got there he demanded €111. Not knowing how we stood legally, we paid. Strange that the driver had a friend with him...intimidating! Lesson for all, only get in white cabs with the official taxi logo when in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made it very difficult to rent a minivan. First our home owner called them but he wasn't allowed to make the reservation we had to do it ourselves. Then we needed to fill in an online form. That form stated that we would receive an answer within half an hour. Three hours later we get an offer which we needed to confirm. Which I did within half an hour. And after that I get an answer that my reaction was to late and they rented the minivan to someone else.....
