Il veicolo noleggiato era nuovo con pochissimi chilometri, molto pulito e perfettamente rispondente alle caratteristiche indicate sul sito internet, che ne hanno permesso la scelta. Unico grave DISAGIO è la profonda ed imbarazzante maleducazione e arroganza del proprietario del garage interrato a cui l'agenzia si appoggia per il rimessaggio dei mezzi con cui, purtroppo, si costretti ad interagire per riconsegnare il veicolo. Al rientro, la persona che ha effettuato le pratiche di riconsegna - di cui non ricordo purtroppo il nome - è stata altrettanto accogliente, e non ha neppure addebitato la differenza per i pochi chilometri in più rispetto a quanto acquistato nel pacchetto. C	Claudio Nicodemo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto il preventivo online per il noleggio di un ducato della durata di un giorno, con accessori compresi (rampa, cinghie di fissaggio e appendiabiti) con 100km inclusi e dell'importo di 66€, l'addetto la sera del ritiro, mi propone di aggiungere al costo di 10€ altri 100km aggiuntivi per un totale di 200km al prezzo di 76, ma con solo la rampa di carico e due corde lerce al posto delle cinghie da me prenotate. Una volta riconsegnato il mezzo, con 174km percorsi, e dopo essere assicurato dallo stesso addetto dei km percorsi, dello stato del furgone e dell'importo che sarebbe stato addebitato, a distanza di qualche ora, ricevo la fattura dove mi addebitano 89€ e altri km extra percorsi. Dopo aver chiamato in filiale svariate volte, dove la stessa persona ha riconosciuto l'errore, il problema non è stato risolto ed ho dovuto pagare dei km extra da me non percorsi e che già mi avevano fatto pagare. Non rispondono al telefono, responsabile irraggiungibile e una volta fatto notare l'errore se ne infischiano altamente. Sconsigliati.
