K	Kati EPunkt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Lage, sonst nix Ich kann diesen Hype um diese Anlage nicht nachvollziehen. Außer der wirklich guten Lage, kann diese Anlage nicht das bieten, was man für den Mietpreis für ein Appartement, für eine Woche Aufenthalt zahlt. Die Einrichtung in dem Appartement ist abgewohnt, die Möbel haben diverse Gebrauchsspuren. Geschirr- und für die Küche erforderlichen Gegenstände sind eher sehr spartanisch vorhanden. Das Bett- eine Frechheit, ein Zustellbett mit einer durchgelegenen Matratze. Sofas zum Ausziehen. Was mich sehr empört hat ist, dass die Wolldecken nach der Nutzung nicht gereinigt werden, sondern zusammengefaltet und zurück in den Schrank gelegt wurden. (Mit eigenen Augen gesehen). Die Poolanlage wirkte abgenutzt, das Wasser in den kleineren Pools war grün und man mochte diese nicht nutzten. Für den sauberen Pool, auf einem Dachgeschoss der Anlage, verlangte man noch zusätzlich Geld. 18 € pro Tag. Die Umgebung zur Meer- und Stadtseite sehr laut! Der angegebene W-LAN- Empfang funktionierte nicht. Eine Frechheit der anderen Gäste war, dass die guten Liegen schon am Morgen mit dem Handtuch für den ganzen Tag reserviert wurden. Der Preis für eine Woche Aufenthalt, für ein Appartement für zwei Personen, entspricht nicht der Leistung. Good location, nothing else I cannot understand the hype surrounding this system. Except for the really good location, this complex cannot offer what you pay for the rental price for an apartment for a week's stay. The furnishings in the apartment are shabby, the furniture has various signs of use. Crockery and items required for the kitchen are rather sparsely available. The bed-a cheek, an extra bed with a sagging mattress. Pull-out sofas. What made me very outraged is that the blankets are not cleaned after use, but are folded up and put back in the closet. (Seen with my own eyes). The pool area looked worn, the water in the smaller pools was green and you didn't want to use them. For the clean pool, on the top floor of the complex, additional money was charged. 18 € per day. The environment on the sea and city side very loud! The specified W-LAN reception did not work. One of the cheekiness of the other guests was that the good loungers were reserved in the morning with the towel for the whole day. The price for a week's stay, for an apartment for two people, does not correspond to the service.
P	Phineas Ferb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Lage, schöne Aussicht! Allerdings waren wir das letzte Mal 2014 dort. Die Letzten haben die Duschwand demoliert!?? Der Fernseher auf italienisch wurde einen Tag später geliefert. Sprache:Italienisch?? Die Balkontür ging nicht auf. Nach ein paar Stunden wurde sie repariert. Eigentlich 3,7 Sterne! Aber ja!☺??? Very good location, beautiful view! However, the last time we were there was in 2014. The last ones demolished the shower wall! ?? The TV in Italian was delivered a day later. Language: Italian?? The balcony door did not open. After a few hours it was fixed. Actually 3.7 stars! But yes! ☺???
L	Lars Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Ferienwohnungen, wenn auch etwas älter die Ausstattung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Ca. 10 Minuten bis in die Stadt, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt und viele schicke Restaurants. Der Strand ist direkt vorm Haus, welcher sehr zum erholen einlädt. Hier kann man super Urlaub genießen! Great apartments, if a bit older the facilities. We felt good. Approximately 10 minutes to the city, where there are shops and many trendy restaurants. The beach is right in front of the house, which invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy great holidays!
S	S. H. (SIG) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv ist die Lage. Absolut genial gelegen für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Der öffentliche Strand ist direkt von der Anlage aus erreichbar. Strand ist kostenlos und das Nauthotel stellt kostenlos Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Die Appartements sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber und die Parkplätze sind großteils beschattet. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negativ ist die ungepflegte Außenanlagen und der viel zu hohen Eintrittspreis für das Dachpool. Die Klimaanlage ist für wirklich heiße Tage etwas zu schwach (ist glaube ich von der Lage des Appartements abhängig). Die Küche könnte für Familien die wirklich kochen wollen zu klein sein, ist eher eine zweiflammige Outdoor Küche. Als zu kurz empfand ich die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption. Positive is the situation. Absolutely brilliant location for families with small children. The public beach is directly accessible from the complex. Beach is free and the Nauthotel provides umbrellas free of charge. The apartments are big enough and very clean and the parking lots are mostly shaded. Staff is friendly and helpful. Negative is the unkempt outdoor areas and the far too high admission price for the roof pool. The air conditioning is a bit too weak for really hot days (I think depends on the location of the apartment). The kitchen could be too small for families who really want to cook is rather a two-lamp outdoor kitchen. Too short, I felt the opening hours of the front desk.

Der total schöne Yachthafen, der schöne öffentliche Strand unmittelbar nebenan und auch insgesamt drei Pools - toll! Warum dann nur drei Sterne?! Weil die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen ist und leider insbesondere an den Pools, die auch für Kinder freigegeben sind, nicht einmal einfachste Arbeiten vorgenommen werden, um die Anlage attraktiv zu gestalten. Der vierte Pool, der immer noch beworben wird, ist seit zwei Jahren ganz geschlossen, weil wohl etwas kaputt gegangen ist, der Rasen wird erst (dilettantisch) überhaupt gemäht, wenn auch die Einheimischen anreisen, ebenso erfolgt die Reinigung der Pools, die Liegen und Stühle sind alt und größtenteils kaputt...schade! Und trotzdem kommt man (noch) jedes Jahr wieder, bis die Stimmung irgendwann wohl kippt, wenn nur noch Ertrag aus der Anlage gezogen wird, ohne ausreichend zu investieren - sehr schade! Noch wäre Zeit für ein Umdenken, die Anlage ist es definitiv wert! You can't get a better location in Grado! The absolutely beautiful marina, the beautiful public beach right next door and a total of three pools - great! Then why only three stars ?! Because the facility is getting on in years and unfortunately, especially at the pools, which are also open for children, not even the simplest work is done to make the facility attractive. The fourth pool, which is still advertised, has been completely closed for two years because something has probably broken, the lawn is only mowed (amateurishly) at all when the locals arrive, and the pools, loungers and pools are also cleaned Chairs are old and mostly broken ... a shame! And yet you (still) come back every year, until the mood changes at some point, if only income is drawn from the system without investing sufficiently - a shame! There is still time to rethink, the system is definitely worth it!

Die Ferienwohnung an sich hatte eine schöne Aufteilung, war sehr groß mit einer tollen Terasse. Leider lag sie oberhalb des Restaurants wodurch es abends lange laut war. Die Geruchsbelästigung war ganztägig. Die Wohnung selbst war komplett abgewohnt und sanierungsbedürftig. Das Bad, die Möbel, die Küche alles total verbraucht. Vom tropfenden Wasserhahn über Wasserschaden ,defektem Lüfter im Bad bis zum Riss in der Wand alles vorhanden. Die kleinen Pools total verdreckt,der Große für Kinder gesperrt. Appartment 0 Sterne 2 Sterne nur auf Grund der Lage Top location between the yacht harbor and the beach. Own access to the very beautiful public sandy beach. The apartment itself had a nice layout, was very large with a great terrace. Unfortunately, it was above the restaurant so it was noisy for a long time. The odor nuisance was all day. The apartment itself was completely shabby and in need of renovation. The bathroom, the furniture, the kitchen are all used up. From a dripping tap to water damage, a defective fan in the bathroom to a crack in the wall, everything was there. The small pools are totally dirty, the big one is blocked for children. Apartment 0 stars 2 stars only because of the location
J	Josef Gugganig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Lage und auch unser Appartement war im Topzustand mit einer privaten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen. Das Appartement wurde vollkommen erneuert - die Kritik mancher Rezensionen ("in die Jahre gekommen") kann unsererseits nicht (mehr) bestätigt werden. Der Swimmingpool in erhöhter Lage ist mE auf Grund der Großzügigkeit des Ausblicks ein Highlight - Blick auf den großen Sandstrand UND auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite Blick auf die Marina - und das ganze nicht durch Bauten gestört. Sehr schön! Das Check-in kam mir etwas bürokratisch und langwierig vor, hat aber den Gesamteindruck in keiner Weise geschmälert. Very nice location and our apartment was in top condition with a private terrace overlooking the harbor. The apartment has been completely renewed - the criticism of some reviews ("getting old") can no longer be confirmed on our part. The swimming pool in an elevated position is in my opinion a highlight due to the generosity of the view - view of the large sandy beach AND on the opposite side a view of the marina - and the whole thing is not disturbed by buildings. Very nice! The check-in seemed a bit bureaucratic and tedious, but it didn't detract from the overall impression in any way.
P	Paolo “privato” Gaiba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place. There are apartments with all comfort for a family! Nice view and a wonderful sea just in front of the flat. At walking distance there are supermarkets and fish and market. The amazing view from the flats and wonderful position of the resort makes dining in the restaurants (though nice) useless. From your living room the view is better than from any restaurant and if you like to cook there is no better experience than to dining in the flat! The dishwasher is the only spot I have found here. There is not.
