★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato delle lenti qualche giorno fa, personale scortese, ha ribadito più volte quanto faccia male tener su le lenti per tanto tempo, si vede che non bastava dirmelo quattro volte facendomi perdere tempo e prendendosi troppe confidenze. Il rispetto sempre.

Lucio, che alla mia richiesta di sostituzione della montatura (acquistata da loro due anni prima) voleva farmela pagare tre volte tanto (modello da considerare fondo di magazzino ed io gli stavo facendo pure un favore nell'acquistarlo). Mi sono sentito trattato come un pezzente..... Non metterò più piede in un negozio della loro catena!
Rude and rude staff, especially Mr. Lucio, who at my request to replace the frame (bought by them two years earlier) wanted me to pay three times as much (model to be considered stock fund and I was also doing him a favor in buying it). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montatura che dopo 1 anno e mezzo si stacca la stanghetta. Ti danno 2 anni di garanzia, poi dicono che la colpa è tua. Ho avuto altri occhiali da sole e sono ancora integri. Inutile. Materiali scadenti e loro se ne lavano le mani. Mai più Nau.
Frame that after 1 year and a half comes off the temple. They give you 2 years warranty, then they say it's your fault. I have had other sunglasses and they are still intact. Useless. Poor materials and they wash their hands of it. Never again Nau.
