★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina rispetto al solito, ho notato poca,attenzione al cliente...nel specificare cosa sia o non sia un determinato articolo..dovrò tornare x cambiare.Sono tornata oggi 11 ad effettuare cambio, commessa gentilissima, però non Avendo raggiunto la cifra con il cambio, per 0,05 cent, li volevo lasciare, non volevo resto, eh no ho dovuto acquistare un articolo in Più, e dare minima differenza, non è per i soldi ma è il principio sbagliato, sbagliatissimo, anche perché l'errore non è stato mio.Penso proprio che non Acquisterò più nulla, solo per principio....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La commessa é stata poco professionale. Ieri sono entrata in negozio a comprare un paio di collant e, non vedendoli esposti, chiedo alla commessa. Subito quest'ultima và nel retro e me ne porta un paio. Noto che la confezione è rigonfia, ma non dando peso a ciò, pensando fosse dovuto alla calza non molto fine, pago ed esco. Arrivata a casa apro e noto che la calza, in fondo al piede é chiaramente sporca di polvere. Passo la calza nel braccio e noto delle smagliature. Ovviamente i collant non mi sono stati venduti nuovi, ma usati e rovinati da qualcun altro. Oggi sono ritornata chiedendo di scambiarli con un paio nuovo, ma la stessa commessa, con tono scocciato
mi riferiva che non era possibile quanto richiesto. Alla fine mi ritrovo con un paio di collant usati, ma pagati come nuovi. Non ci metterò più piede.
