★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata contattata dalla responsabile del negozio per un colloquio di lavoro nel centro commerciale di Lecco Le meridiane, mi è stato offerto un contratto a chiamata. Quando mi sono presentata in negozio, avendo già ricevuto un'altra proposta di lavoro, ho chiesto gentilmente alla responsabile se questo tipo di contratto mi avrebbe garantito un certo numero di ore settimanali. Alla mia domanda la responsabile ha reagito in maniera spropositata con maleducazione, ha alzato molto la voce e mi ha maltrattata davanti a tutti i clienti presenti in negozio. Mi sono sentita rispondere che non avevo nessun diritto di sapere quante ore avrei svolto, e che io avrei dovuto essere al suo servizio e non lei al mio, insinuando che io non avessi voglia di lavorare e che le facessi solo perdere tempo rivolgendosi a me con parolacce che non ripeterò. Sono rimasta basita e come se non bastasse, ha preso il mio curriculum vitae e me lo ha stracciato a 10 cm dal naso.
Ovviamente io non sarò mai più una cliente di questo negozio, ne io e neanche le persone a me care.
I was contacted by the store manager for a job interview in the Lecco Le meridiane shopping center, I was offered an on-call contract. When I went to the shop, having already received another job offer, I kindly asked the manager if this type of contract would guarantee me a certain number of hours per week. To my question, the manager reacted disproportionately with rudeness, raised her voice a lot and mistreated me in front of all the customers in the shop. I was told that I had no right to know how many hours I would spend, and that I should have been at her service and not her at mine, implying that I did not want to work and that I was just wasting her time by contacting me with bad words that I will not repeat. I was stunned and as if that weren't enough, she took my curriculum vitae and tore it up 10 cm from my nose.
Obviously I will never be a customer of this store again, neither me nor my loved ones.

Tutto il personale si è sempre dimostrato preparatissimo e disponibilissimo, pronto a rispondere ad ogni minimo problema. Non posso che consigliare acquisti presso la sede di Lecco.Vorrei elogiare tutti i dipendenti ed un encomio particolare alla store manager, la Signora Anna; a parte la preparazione e la professionalità, si è dimostrata pronta a risolvere una problematica molto particolare che si è risolta nel migliore dei modi.

The professionalism and kindness found in this shop are unparalleled. All the staff have always shown themselves to be very well prepared and extremely helpful, ready to respond to any problem. I can only recommend purchases at the Lecco office. I would like to commend all the employees and a special commendation to the store manager, Mrs. Anna; apart from the preparation and the professionalism, she has shown herself ready to solve a very particular problem that has been solved in the best way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato in negozio una collanina acquistata da loro pochi mesi fa.. spiego che un anellino della catenina si è aperto e chiedo se con una pinzetta possono stringermelo così da evitare di perdere la collana, risposta "questa collana è di bigiotteria le costerebbe di più la riparazione che tutto".
1 alla vendita non mi avevano detto che fosse di bigiotteria
2 nonostante non avessi gli attrezzi giusti sono riuscita a stringere l anellino anche da sola, quindi penso che per loro potesse essere un lavoro di 3 secondi.
È la seconda esperienza negativa in questo negozio... credo che non mi vedranno più...
I brought into the shop a necklace bought from them a few months ago .. I explain that a ring of the chain has opened and I ask if they can tighten it with a pair of tweezers so as to avoid losing the necklace, answer "this necklace is a costume jewelery it would cost you more repair that everything ".
1 at the sale they didn't tell me it was costume jewelery
2 despite not having the right tools I managed to tighten the ring even by myself, so I think it could have been a 3-second job for them.
It is the second bad experience in this shop ... I think they will never see me again ...
