★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi!!! Occhiali arrivati difettosi. Ci hanno messo un mese per farmi avere un altro paio (non dello stesso modello!!!). Tra l'altro avevo pagato tutto in anticipo (occhiali e lenti). Sicuramente, non mi rivedono. Sconsigliatissimo.
 Bad !!! Glasses arrived defective. It took them a month to get me another pair (not of the same model !!!). By the way, I had paid everything upfront (glasses and lenses). Definitely, they don't see me again. Sconsigliatissimo.

Veramente una delusione
They are not clear in saying the cost of the product with lenses and frames .... first they say a price then they change.

Personale cortese e molto disponibile hanno sempre la pazienza di consigliarti nel modo migliore possibile. Anche gli occhiali sono di ottima qualità li Consiglio sicuramente.
We have been serving my mom and I for years now in the Nau shop in Empoli at the coop center and I must say that I have never had any problems. Courteous and very helpful staff always have the patience to advise you in the best possible way. The glasses are also of excellent quality.I definitely recommend them.
