Mi è piaciuta la sauna e il bagno turco, anche se preferirei anche usarla senza fare l'abbonamento.
Excellent gym, very youthful and well cleaned.
I liked the sauna and the Turkish bath, although I would also prefer to use it without a subscription.

Hanno attrezzi Technogym (inclusa la linea Pure Strength), un rack, una smith e un'area con struttura in ferro per allenarsi funzionale con TRX, kettlebell, palle mediche, borse zavorrate e quant'altro.
Una caratteristica che ho apprezzato in particolar modo è il fatto che è circondato da vetrine e sfrutta molto la luce naturale esterna.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile, inoltre sono molto attenti alla pulizia e all'ordine.
Ritengo sia un ambiente piacevole in cui allenarsi e, siccome mi sono trovata bene, la consiglio!
The weight room is not very large but is well-stocked.
They have Technogym equipment (including the Pure Strength line), a rack, a smith and an area with an iron structure for functional training with TRX, kettlebell, medicine balls, weighted bags and more.
A feature that I particularly appreciated is the fact that it is surrounded by shop windows and takes advantage of the natural light outside.
Very nice and helpful staff, they are also very attentive to cleanliness and order.
I think it is a pleasant environment in which to train and, since I found myself well, I recommend it!

A parte la doccia che non ha una temperatura regolare per il resto è una delle strutture migliori nel circondario.. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Okay what to say .. It's my second home.
Apart from the shower which does not have a regular temperature, it is one of the best facilities in the area. Excellent value for money

spacious gym with recent equipment and friendly staff. The weights are kept in order and the pt present in the room are always available to give advice and indications on the exercises to be performed even if you are not followed directly by them

Very large gym, very well equipped and perfectly cared for in every aesthetic detail ... Very well-trained staff who keep every training plan under control .. Very nice girls at the cash desk! Maybe a little expensive as a gym but quite consistent with what it offers
