L'appartamento aveva tutti i requisiti da me richiesti: luminoso, silenzioso, nuovo e pulitissimo, in pieno centro, con tutte le attrazioni turistiche raggiungibili a piedi e con la fermata metro vicinissima a casa. Anche varie línea di autobus vicino casa.
I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, li ho chiamati 2 volte durante il mio soggiorno x dei dubbi che avevo e hanno sempre risposto subito sia al teléfono che alla mail, spiegato e risolto tutti i miei dubbi.
Se qualcuno deve andare a Milano e vuole avere il miglior alloggio possibile lo consiglio al 100% !!!

 I rented in Milan with Nativo for a period of 4 months.
The apartment had all the requirements I requested: bright, quiet, new and very clean, in the center, with all the tourist attractions within walking distance and with the metro station very close to home. Also various bus lines near the house.
The owners very kind and helpful, I called them twice during my stay x of the doubts I had and they always answered immediately both the phone and the email, explained and resolved all my doubts.
If someone has to go to Milan and wants to have the best possible accommodation I recommend it 100% !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m currently staying in the Corso Como apartment, my partner and I booked for a month. The apartment is marketed as a luxury apartment, it is anything but.
There is no hot water running to the kitchen or bathroom taps, heaters do not work, the gas fireplace leaks significant volumes of gas into the apartment. The boiler is too small for the apartment and the water in the showers takes 10 mins to heat and lasts as hot for only 5.
The apartment was ill equipped coming in, with bed sheets too small for the bed, one set of towels for a one month stay and no basic kitchen ingredients.
In a month we are trying to avoid unnecessary contact we have been subjected to technicians coming through the apartment unannounced. The agent is unprofessional and comes across as extremely rude, requesting patience 3-weeks into our stay.
Avoid this apartment and do not book through this agent. The agent also lists through Airbnb and will be reported.

It was a special experience that really exalted the connection with the Milanese peculiarities. I have enjoyed the service twice: both impeccable! The staff was friendly, nice, funny and always ready to help. A stay with them is enough to dive into Milanese culture with all the information you need and exclusive services. Even more!
