Spendete i vostri soldi altrove I bought online and never received my order, after a month and a half they still don't even tell me when I can get a refund. Spend your money elsewhere

Mi viene confermata la disponibilità, chiesto il nominativo e confermato che avrebbero riservato il paio di scarpe fino a domenica sera. Fin qui tutto perfetto. Puntualmente domenica MATTINA mi reco presso il negozio e chiedo il mio paio di scarpe per poterle acquistare. Delle scarpe prenotate neanche l’ombra. La commessa afferma che probabilmente le hanno o già vendute (! ) oppure non sa dire dove sono state messe (?). Di fronte alla mia incredulità mi propone di prendere un numero più piccolo togliendo la soletta (?) oppure PROVARE a passare in settimana (ancora?). Cercando di andare incontro al negozio, nonostante il mio sincero sgomento, ho richiesto eventualmente di ordinare il paio di scarpe. Mi viene risposto che si effettivamente su richiesta si possono ordinare, di verificarne quindi PERSONALMENTE la disponibilità sul sito web e di tornare (nuovamente) in settimana per ordinarle DI PERSONA. Non ci sono parole. Pessima assistenza al cliente. Never again. I call the shop on Saturday evening to check the availability of a pair of shoes indicating the number and model. I was confirmed availability, asked for the name and confirmed that they would have reserved the pair of shoes until Sunday evening. So far everything perfect. Punctually Sunday MORNING I go to the shop and ask for my pair of shoes to be able to buy them. Not even the shadow of the shoes reserved. The saleswoman says that they probably have either already sold them (!) Or she can't say where they were put (?). Faced with my incredulity, he suggests that I take a smaller number by removing the insole (?) Or TRY to go through the week (again?). Trying to go to the store, despite my sincere dismay, I eventually requested to order the pair of shoes. I am told that you can actually order them on request, then PERSONALLY check their availability on the website and come back (again) during the week to order them IN PERSON. There are no words. Bad customer service.

C	Crystal Mak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm currently at the store while I'm typing this and have been waiting 15 minutes for the staffs to even acknowledge my existence. When I asked the staff several times for a certain pair of shoes to try and my sister asking for another size dress, they just said yes and walked to another Italian customer. I really hope it's just because there staffs are not that nice not because they are racist cause that's what I kind of felt... I hope Manebi can replace their staffs or train them better to be more efficient and friendly... At the end when we paid they act super nice and said sorry for the wait. But it's a little too late because it just makes me feel like they aren't sincere... Just saying it because we were quick on selecting items and purchasing unlike all the rest of their customers sitting there and trying on 5 pairs of shoes...

Been to Milan for holidays so I thought it's a great idea to visit the store and try all the shoes and buy whatever would feel nice. Got in and the lady unfortunately was very unwelcome and just simply not nice at all. I just got one pair I definitely wanted but didn't feel like trying anything because of the unkind staff. Shame because the shoes are great.
