★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Official Napoli Tour, made us feel super comfortable, we decided to book a tour with them to visit Pompei. They also took extra time to suggest us other tourist activities around Napoli and the lungo Mare. We even got offered a espresso coffee to get our energies back, since we where pretty tired of walking around Napoli by that stage. Best team, will definitely recommend any visitor of Napoli to book a tour with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We mistakenly went there to redeem some ferry tickets which were not part of their tour organization. The lady on duty there pointed out we were at the wrong place was so helpful in checking and telling us where we might get the correct tickets. We really are thankful to her. Aside from that, I noticed there have good prices of ferry trips and tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this tour more the five stars if I could. Our driver Maurio went above and beyond for us and accommodated us when we had the wrong pick up point! We were able to complete our trip and it was the highlight of our weekend in Napoli! The views were outstanding!!

We needed some help in getting around to catch the ferry to Ischia , the committed staff members helped us with taxis etc. free of charge! I would definitely go there to book trips. It’s obvious that they love their jobs and are fair and kind! Thanks for your great service!
