Sono molto professionali e di una gentilezza ed accoglienza rara. Consiglio di andare durante la settimana ed ad orario di apertura poiché sono molto affollati , ma comunque organizzati e anche se capiti con la folla sei seguito sempre con attenzione . Angelo per quasi due ore per risolvere un mio problema con le lenti capisco perché l ottica Sacco è da sempre considerata la migliore a Napoli. Si tratta di un negozio di ottica storico, che non si è mai rinnovato non soltanto nel mobilio e nel personale ma anche e soprattutto nei prodotti in vendita, che risultano vecchi e fuori moda. I prezzi sono praticamente il doppio rispetto a qualunque altro ottico, e la qualità è la stessa, con la differenza che si ha meno scelta perché hanno pochi modelli a disposizione e non trattano la maggior parte dei brand più moderni. Fondamentalmente è un negozio che ormai si mantiene esclusivamente sul nome. Old goods at exaggerated prices.
