★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti buoni e in genere gentilì, a parte per questa disavventura.. ho acquistato una polo e mi sono poi accorta a casa che aveva una piccola macchia, ho provato a fare il reso il giorno dopo ma hanno rifiutato il cambio dicendomi che era già stata lavata, cosa che io non ho fatto.. di conseguenza qualcuno l’aveva resa già prima di me a una commessa meno attenta che l’ha rimessa in vendita. Io non l’avevo assolutamente notato. Ci sono rimasta molto male, non ho insistito perché non mi piace discutere, dovevo accorgermene prima, ma ora mi ritrovo una maglia difettata e già cambiata da un altro..per fortuna l’ho pagata molto poco!! Farò molta attenzione ai prossimi acquisti!
Good and generally kind products, apart from this misadventure .. I bought a polo shirt and then I realized at home that it had a small stain, I tried to make the return the next day but they refused the change telling me that it had already been washed, which I did not do .. consequently someone had already returned it before me to a less careful saleswoman who put it back up for sale. I had absolutely not noticed it. I was very upset, I didn't insist because I don't like to argue, I should have noticed it sooner, but now I have a defective shirt that has already been changed by another ... luckily I paid very little for it !! I will pay close attention to the next purchases!

Arrivati in Francia nostro domicilio abbiamo scoperto che una maglia non era quella scelta nel negozio. La ragazza si è sbaggliata. Ho telefonato al negozio per farli sapere e si è scusato. Ma volevo dire che non e professionale per un negozio cosi.
Yesterday we went to this Village trust shop. We bought two shirts for men. When we arrived in our home in France, we discovered that a shirt was not the one chosen in the shop. The girl was wrong. I phoned the shop to let them know and he apologized. But I meant that it's not professional for a shop like this.
