I prodotti sono a marchio Levi's ovviamente con tutte le qualità del brand storico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per una sostituzione di un giubbino jeans che mi è stato regalato ma che non mi piaceva. A parte che sono dovuto andare io a chiedere aiuto ai due commessi, due ragazzini impegnati a scherzare entrambi con un'altra persona all'interno del negozio, poi una volta che ho chiesto aiuto, il commesso mi ha fatto vedere due o tre modelli di cui non c'era la taglia, e questo l'avevo visto da solo, dopodiché se n'è andato senza manco salutare. L'altra commessa ha fatto finta di nulla così ho chiesto il giubbino indietro dicendo che non avevo trovato nulla, me ne sono uscito liquidato con un "ah va beh". In sostanza avendo già incassato l'importo ed essendo una sostituzione gliene importava poco. Quando devono vendere fanno fanno i Fantozzi, ma del post vendita non hanno mai nemmeno sentito parlare. Oltretutto ho sentito che dicevano alla persona con cui scherzavano alla cassa che qualora gli avesse lasciato una recensione positiva avrebbe avuto diritto ad un 20 % di sconto sul prossimo acquisto. Ma che è sta roba??? Questi sarebbero i commessi ben istruiti dalla casa madre a pensare solo a fare l'obbiettivo della giornata senza badare a qualità e servizio. Pessimo non ci metterò mai più piede.
I went for a jean jacket replacement that I was given but didn't like. Apart from the fact that I had to go and ask the two shop assistants for help, two kids both joking with another person in the shop, then once I asked for help, the shop assistant showed me two or three models of which there was no size, and I had seen this alone, then he left without even saying goodbye. The other saleswoman pretended nothing happened so I asked for the jacket back saying that I had not found anything, I came out liquidated with an "ah okay". Basically, having already collected the amount and being a replacement, he didn't care much. When they have to sell they do the Fantozzi, but they have never even heard of after sales. Furthermore, I heard that they told the person they joked with at the checkout that if he left a positive review he would be entitled to a 20% discount on the next purchase. What is this stuff ??? These would be the clerks well educated by the parent company to think only of making the goal of the day regardless of quality and service. Bad, I'll never set foot in it again.

Very kind and helpful sales staff, in the absence of sales the promotions on non-jeans garments are not very attractive for my taste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le taglie da uomo partono dalla 30 per politiche di marketing. Direi che nel 2022 simili politiche risultano assai discriminatorie. Non stiamo parlando nemmeno di taglie commercialmente trattate diversamente (minori/forti).
Cmon il mondo va avanti per tutti, volete davvero rimanere indietro?
Men's sizes start from 30 for marketing policies. I would say that in 2022 such policies are highly discriminatory. We are not even talking about sizes commercially treated differently (minor / strong).
Cmon the world goes on for everyone, do you really want to stay behind?
