Alla cassa si scopre che lo sconto non era inserito negli articoli da noi comprati.
Non certo un'azione corretta per il cliente.
Entering the gabel Fidenza store, we were immediately greeted by a girl who tells us that only today they make an additional 20% discount on the whole of the Marche region which is not already discounted further.
At the checkout it turns out that the discount was not included in the items we bought.
Certainly not a correct action for the customer.

I went there out of curiosity the first time and I never leave it anymore. Courtesy, kindness and professionalism of the girls who work there and really good product quality. I have refurbished all the linens in my bedroom, sheets, duvets and more all of really quality. I recommend it and will definitely stay there again. Brave.
