Soffro di onicofagia da quando sono bimba e non potevo più vedere i miei denti rovinarsi e le mie mani diventare sempre più brutte.. ho provato parecchie volte a rivolgermi a qualcuno che mi facesse una ricostruzione, ma non mi piaceva il lavoro fatto praticamente mai. Loro invece mi hanno soddisfatto in tutto, sono fantastiche ed il lavoro svolto anche se svolto in un’ora è il lavoro che più in assoluto mi ha soddisfatto. Bravissimi tutti, siete fantastici! I called the center today 7/02/2022 for an urgent nail reconstruction and they made an appointment for me today. I have suffered from nail biting since I was a child and I could no longer see my teeth getting damaged and my hands getting uglier .. I tried several times to contact someone to do a reconstruction, but I hardly liked the work I did. They, on the other hand, satisfied me in everything, they are fantastic and the work done, even if done in an hour, is the work that most satisfied me. All very good, you are fantastic!

La ragazza mi aveva chiesto che forma di unghie volevo ma alla fine aveva fatto quella che vuole in più mi aveva fatto male e non è stata disinfettato. Poco professionale. Parlano loro lingua mancanza di rispetto. I did a semi permanent nail polish manicure. I did on Sunday January 16th. The girl had asked me what shape of nails I wanted but in the end she had done what she wants more it hurt me and it was not disinfected. Unprofessional. They speak their language disrespectfully.

In 30 minuti mi ha tolto il vecchio smalto semipermanente, fatto la manicure e applicato il nuovo colore. Ho notato subito che lo smalto non era stato steso con precisione ed era stato fatto molto frettolosamente. Quando mi sono recata in cassa per pagare, faccio presente al ragazzo addetto che secondo me lo smalto non era stato applicato molto bene e che avendo fatto tutto il mezz'ora non era stato un lavoro molto accurato. Questo ragazzo senza neanche guardarmi le unghie mi risponde che 30 minuti è il tempo normale per questo lavoro. Il 24 dicembre alla sera, noto che ho due unghie con lo smalto già sbeccato. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più e SCONSIGLIO di andare ad altre persone. I made an appointment on December 23 to have a manicure with semi-permanent nail polish and I was entrusted to Chiara's care. This guy without even looking at my nails replies that 30 minutes is the normal time for this job. On December 24 in the evening, I notice that I have two nails with the nail polish already chipped. Definitely will not go back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to other people.

Volevo una ricostruzione con il gel, colore rosa chiaro brillantinato con glitter e sfumatura,e mi hanno messo la tips, un dolore micidiale che neanche a tenere niente in mano posso!! Dovevano mettere un colore e ne hanno messi 3 diversi.. pessima. Non consigliabile. E rubano solo soldi. Nom fanno minimanete quello che chiedi. E direi al proprietario al pagamento di 60€ (per cosa poi!) se ne fregato letteralmente che il lavoro fosse stato fatto malissimo e non puoi giustificarti quando hanno messo 3 colori diversi. E neanche uno di quello richiesto! E non è assolutamente vero che serviva per forza la tips perché la ricostruzione si può fare benissimo anche con il gel ed è per le persone che le "mangiano" o sono rovinate. Quindi se non ho chiamato la polizia è un miracolo! Shame! Not only do I not understand a tube of what they say, but even with photos they do not understand! Absurd!! I wanted a reconstruction with the gel, light pink color with glitter and nuance, and they put the tips on me, a deadly pain that I can't even hold anything in my hand !! They had to put a color and they put 3 different ones .. bad. Not recommended. And they just steal money. Nom do minimanete what you ask. And I would tell the owner on paying 60 € (for what then!) Literally didn't care that the job was done terribly and you can't justify yourself when they put 3 different colors. And not even one of that required! And it is absolutely not true that tips were needed because reconstruction can also be done very well with gel and it is for people who "eat" them or are ruined. So if I didn't call the police it's a miracle!

Bravissima Lisa, numero uno nella ricostruzione in gel anche con decori. Lo consiglio vivamente. Qualified and very fast personnel, in an hour and a half they make gel refills on your hands and seeds on your feet. Talented Lisa, number one in gel reconstruction even with decorations. I highly recommend it.

And on another nail excessive coming out from the side which made it chip again. Pedicure could have been better I had pieces of dead skin hanging around even after choosing the advance pedicure.
