Here you will find professionalism and kindness. I have been a customer of the salon for years now and every time it is a confirmation. The staff is effective, courteous and very knowledgeable. Non è il caso del salone di via Tiraboschi: Oxana, Roberta e Zaira sono molto brave, hanno chiaramente un'impostazione ma sono anche attente a personalizzare tagli e acconciature per valorizzare il risultato finale. Gentilezza, professionalità, correttezza: mi trovo davvero bene e consiglio il salone senza riserve. I state that I go to the hairdresser every two months for cutting and styling, and that I am a little wary of franchises and chains, I always fear that they work in a standard way (I have had experiences of this type). This is not the case of the salon in via Tiraboschi: Oxana, Roberta and Zaira are very good, they clearly have a setting but they are also careful to customize cuts and hairstyles to enhance the final result. Kindness, professionalism, fairness: I really like it and recommend the salon without reservations.

Avevo portato il mio colore come sempre (sono allergica) ,una ragazza non ha capito le quantità e, invece di chiedere altre spiegazioni, ha pensato bene di utilizzare il contenuto dei due flaconi interi (che bastano per 4 applicazioni) ,mescolare il tutto e applicare tutta la quantità! Risultato:il colore mi colava dalla fronte, la mascherina ne era impregnata e così pure gli occhiali. Ho dovuto cambiare due volte la mascherina e pulirmi più volte le mani con delle salviettine. Finalmente, finito il tempo (l’incubo) della posa del colore , vado al lavaggio dove , dopo un necessario abbondante risciacquo, viene usato uno shampoo senza che mi venisse chiesto quale volevo. Alla fine il taglio è stato ok, ma il colore orrendo (le proporzioni tra colore base e il riflessante non erano state rispettate)e tremendamente finto. Mi è stato applicato uno sconto sulla colorazione che copre giusto l’acquisto di altri due flaconi (bella soddisfazione!) Sicuramente la prossima volta andrà meglio…. I had brought my color as always (I'm allergic), a girl did not understand the quantities and, instead of asking for other explanations, she thought it best to use the contents of the two whole bottles (which are enough for 4 applications), mix everything and apply full amount! Result: the color dripped from my forehead, the mask was impregnated with it and so were the glasses. I had to change the mask twice and clean my hands several times with wipes. Finally, after the time (the nightmare) of laying the color, I go to the wash where, after a necessary abundant rinsing, a shampoo is used without being asked which one I wanted. In the end, the cut was ok, but the hideous color (the proportions between the base color and the highlighter were not respected) and terribly fake. I was given a discount on the coloring that just covers the purchase of two other bottles (great satisfaction!) Surely next time it will be better….
