M	Manuela Perri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto caratteristico situato nel centro storico di Cosenza , il locale è piccolo ma veramente molto accogliente, la quantità delle birre offerte è vastissima ottima è la proposta anche del cibo offerto è veramente di ottima qualità , non vendono bibite gassate commerciali ma delle versioni bio della Coca-Cola e devo dire che non è affatto male e poi abbiamo mangiato uno stinco di maiale cotto a bassa temperatura che era strepitoso i prezzi non sono economici ma il tutto è rapportato alla ottima qualità offerta Very characteristic place located in the historic center of Cosenza, the restaurant is small but really very welcoming, the quantity of beers offered is vast and the food on offer is really excellent, they do not sell commercial carbonated drinks but organic versions of Coca-Cola and I must say that it is not bad at all and then we ate a knuckle of pork cooked at low temperature which was amazing the prices are not cheap but everything is related to the excellent quality offered

Per quanto riguarda il cibo il panino era buono, ho preso prima un misto di polpette. Nel complesso a livello di cibo buono, anche se il panino era un po' troppo condito di salsa che copriva leggermente il sapore di tutto il resto. Per quanto riguarda l'ambiente è piccolo e raccolto ma per una cena va intima va benissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Ho deciso di dare una stella in meno per un unico motivo: la poca possibilità di scelta sul bere per chi non beve birra. Capisco che il locale nasca notoriamente come birreria, ma purtroppo c'è chi potrebbe essere astemio e/o non gradire la birra, unica possibilità per chi non beve birra è l'acqua (diciamo che almeno un'altra tipologia di bibita avrebbe fatto la differenza in questa recensione). The place was born as a brewery and as such has a wide choice of beers, especially IPA and craft. As for the food the sandwich was good, I got a meatball mix first. Overall on the level of good food, although the sandwich was a little too seasoned with sauce which slightly covered the flavor of everything else. As for the environment it is small and cozy but for a dinner it is intimate it is fine. Good value for money. I decided to give one less star for one reason only: the lack of choice on drinking for those who don't drink beer. I understand that the place was famously born as a brewery, but unfortunately there are those who may be teetotal and / or do not like beer, the only possibility for those who do not drink beer is water (let's say that at least another type of drink would have difference in this review).

Secondo me il prezzo del panino non è giustificato dagli ingredienti utilizzati:il pane a mio gusto non era buono (sembrava un panino confezionato del supermercato) e il contenuto del panino era insipido.Non mi è piaciuto. Anche le patate erano soltanto "ok". Mi aspettavo molto di più da 12€ di panino. Personalmente non ordinerò di nuovo in questo locale. I ordered takeaway sandwiches only, so my review refers to food only. In my opinion the price of the sandwich is not justified by the ingredients used: the bread to my taste was not good (it looked like a packaged sandwich from the supermarket) and the contents of the sandwich were bland. I didn't like it. The potatoes were also just "ok". I expected a lot more from the € 12 sandwich. I personally will not order at this venue again.
