Questi sono gli elementi fondamentali che mi spingono nel ritornare in questo locale per poter degustare le varie pietanze. Ogni qual volta che mi trovo nei pressi di Cosenza la Locanda è diventata tappa fissa. Un plauso va a tutto lo staff dei camerieri,in particolar modo a Manuel, ragazzo cortese e professionale, il quale riserva a tutti i clienti un trattamento simpatico ma allo stesso tempo fine ed elegante. ? High qualitative depth of the products and the right kindness on the part of the staff. These are the fundamental elements that push me to return to this place to be able to taste the various dishes. Whenever I am near Cosenza the Locanda has become a fixed stop. An applause goes to all the staff of the waiters, especially to Manuel, a courteous and professional guy, who reserves to all customers a friendly but at the same time refined and elegant treatment. ?

Sull'antipasto del vescovo, non ci siamo, è stata usata una stessa pastella per tutto, le patate "fritte" non erano fritte, mi spiego: sono state tagliate ma non separate nel momento della frittura (i pezzi più piccoli si separano automaticamente) quindi metà delle patate erano solo calde al centro e non fritte dato che si sono incollate. Rapporto qualità prezzo alto. The pizza is good, in my tuna and onion the ingredients have been thrown especially in a couple of places, the zuccosa very good. On the Bishop's appetizer, we didn't, the same batter was used for everything, the "fried" potatoes were not fried, I mean: they were cut but not separated at the time of frying (the smaller pieces separate automatically) so half of the potatoes were only hot in the center and not fried as they got sticky. Manuel , il cameriere che mi ha servito (gentile, paziente e garbato) mi ha consigliato invece del pane la loro pinsa davvero ottima. Tutto ad un prezzo ragionevole. Excellent experience, right after Easter, I didn't want to eat a lot, but I couldn't taste their hanged caciocavallo. Manuel, the waiter who served me (kind, patient and polite) recommended their really excellent pinsa instead of bread. All at a reasonable price.

Tempi di attesa nella media. Personale attento e molto gentile. Consiglio soprattutto per le pizze. Prezzi non molto alti. Lascio in allegato qualche foto. The restaurant is located in the heart of Cosenza, in a side street of Corso Mazzini. They make different dishes and also many pizzas. Excellent quality but not superlative. Average waiting times. Attentive and very kind staff. Especially recommend for the pizzas. Not very high prices. I leave attached some photos.
