Dopo un anno la cinghia della veneziana, si è tutta sfilacciata, ho chiamato l'operaio che ha sostituito la veneziana, per farmi cambiare cinghia e capire cosa causava sfilacciamento, arrivato venerdì, chiesto, quando verrà accordati per martedì ore 16, mai visto, chiamato lui, mandato sms, mai risposto, chiamato anche in ditta, niente, nessuna risposta, considero questo comportamento poco professionale, e si che volevo anche preventivo per altro serramento da sostituire.Ho trovato altrove, professionalità e anche cinghia più stretta, che secondo loro non esisteva, mai più okno
