Contattati per avere un preventivo di ben 6 zanzariere da rifare, due ferma finestre, il portoncino da ripitturare, la serratura da cambiare.. Non chiedevo di fare il lavoro la settimana dopo ci mancherebbe capisco il tanto lavoro dovuto al lock down per il covid. Chiedevo solo di avere un preventivo. La persona è uscita ha guardato tutto e ha detto che in settimana avremmo visto il preventivo. Ne sono passate due, li abbiamo chiamati 4 volte io e il mio fidanzato e ogni volta la persona non c'era o era occupata, insomma non si faceva trovare, lasciavamo il numero di telefono e non siamo mai stati richiamati. Siamo persone comprensive avremmo capito tutto ma credo che sarebbe buona cosa avere almeno la decenza di rispondere al telefono e dire : "non riesco nemmeno a farti un preventivo mi dispiace" invece che non farsi trovare e tirarci proprio per i fondelli. Lo sconsigliero' ad ogni persona che vorrà chiamarli, e per ogni persona intendo ogni singola persona. Bisogna sempre ricordarsi che di fronte ci sono clienti, persone che non vogliono far perdere tempo a nessuno ma che semplicemente hanno bisogno di risposte negative o positive che siano. Non si trattano così le persone perché il rapporto a volte conta quasi di più del lavoro.

I didn't ask to do the job the week after we would miss it I understand the lot of work due to the lock down for the covid. I was just asking for a quote. The person went out looked at everything and said that we would see the quote during the week. Two have gone by, we called them 4 times my boyfriend and I and each time the person was not there or was busy, in short, he couldn't be found, we left the phone number and we were never called back. We are understanding people we would have understood everything but I think it would be a good thing to have at least the decency to answer the phone and say: "I can't even get you a quote I'm sorry" instead of not being found and pulling us right for the bottoms. I will advise against any person who wants to call them, and by every person I mean every single person. We must always remember that there are customers in front of us, people who do not want to waste anyone's time but who simply need negative or positive feedback. People are not treated like that because relationships sometimes count almost more than work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sostituiti qualche anno fa: infissi, serramenti, porta blindata, porte e cornici interne con ottima soddisfazione.
Nel post vendita non sono rapidissimi ma oggi il bravo Mauro è intervenuto con capacità e bravura nella manutenzione dei lavori eseguiti in precedenza.
Farò dell'altro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, grazie alla CFP e soprattutto a Maurizio, che ci ha seguito, sono riuscito a sostituire tutti vecchi serramenti nel mio appartamento con serramenti termici Schüco a sette camere da loro forniti e logicamente postati.
Inoltre ho sostituito porta ingresso con portoncino blindato, tapparelle in alluminio e porte interne in legno.
Sono stato molto contento non solo per i lavori eseguiti ma anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Good morning, thanks to CFP and especially to Maurizio, who followed us, I managed to replace all old windows in my apartment with Schüco seven-room thermal windows supplied by them and logically posted.
I also replaced the entrance door with armored door, aluminum shutters and internal wooden doors.
I was very happy not only for the work done but also for the quality / price ratio.
I highly recommend it

GLI INFISSI SONO STUPENDI, sembrano essere di legno curati nei minimi dettagli e la perfezione si nota anche nella posa in opera! Un lavoro molto dettagliato elegante e curato in tutti i suoi aspetti, un design moderno e funzionale: ora l' appartamento è piu caldo, isolato sia dal freddo che dai rumori esterni che sono impercetibili. Positive in all aspects. Delivery times have been respected. All staff are qualified and experienced. Mrs. Paola proved professionally at the top, both as regards the administrative and bureaucratic sphere. THE FIXTURES ARE WONDERFUL, they seem to be made of wood with attention to the smallest details and perfection is also noticeable in the installation! A very detailed work elegant and cared for in all its aspects, a modern and functional design: now the apartment is warmer, isolated from both the cold and the external noises that are imperceptible. I am satisfied with everything. Excellent price-quality. I highly recommend it to everyone.

In questa azienda ho trovato la giusta combinazione tra la qualità che cercavo e il prezzo davvero ottimo. Precisi, puntuali cortesi e professionali. In this company I found the right combination between the quality I was looking for and the really good price. Precise, punctual, courteous and professional. Even during the assembly phase there was not the slightest problem. I will certainly evaluate this company when I want to redo the internal windows too
