Per la sostituzione di un motore di una tenda da loro fornita ho dovuto aspettare oltre un mese e mezzo per mancanza di personale disponibile. Dopo un mese e mezzo. Dopo varie telefonate rimpallato tra un responsabile e l'altro mi viene detto di aspettare altri due mesi per la riparazione. Pensavo di aver scelto un fornitore di qualità e invece sono rimasto deluso. Mi dovrò rivolgere altrove quindi per i miei prossimi acquisti. Resta comunque un dato di fatto che per almeno un mese ho atteso invano che l' intervento venisse effettuato. Per poi essere rimandato di due mesi. E almeno dieci telefonate a vuoto . D'accordo che non c'era il vincolo a effettuare la riparazione ma non mi è sembrato comunque un comportamento da professionisti quali vi ritenevo. Ripeto spiace rimanere delusi.

I thought I had chosen a quality supplier and instead I was disappointed. I will have to go elsewhere then for my next purchases. However, it remains a fact that for at least a month I waited in vain for the surgery to take place. To then be postponed for two months. And at least ten empty calls. Agree that there was no constraint to carry out the repair but it did not seem to me like a professional behavior which I thought you were. I repeat sorry to be disappointed.

I have been buying kitchen items in this shop for years (pots, dishes, utensils of all kinds). Very large assortment and professionalism. A shop where you can find everything and quality. The staff are extremely polite, competent and know how to advise the best. For me 10 and praise.

Very positive experience. They helped me solve a problem with the mosquito net (even if it wasn't mounted by them). They were honest and professional. Next time I will definitely go to this shop which is really super stocked.
