Ribadisco di aver parlato telefonicamente con una collaboratrice e che l'errore non era colpa mia, chiedendo pertanto di farmi passare tra una persona e l'altra...ma senza risultato!! Gli errori si possono commettere ma si pone rimedio soprattutto nel rispetto della clientela, considerando che non ero lì per una piega!!Poca professionalità. Mi sono rivolta altrove! 10/03: Ho letto la sua risposta alla mia recensione e mi rincresce che lei, titolare della sua attività, neghi quanto accaduto giustificando l'errore delle sue collaboratrici! Il fatto che lei non si ricordi di me non giustifica l'errore e inoltre quando è accaduto lei non era nemmeno presente...quindi di cosa sta parlando? Bisognerebbe essere più umili e chiedere almeno scusa ma considerando la sua risposta non si può pretendere altro!! The fact that she doesn't remember me doesn't justify the mistake and besides when it happened she wasn't even there ... so what are you talking about? We should be more humble and at least apologize but considering your answer you can't expect anything else !!
