Mi sono messo in fila alle 9.30 in attesa del mio turno, sono arrivato al banco alle 9.45 e mi sono sentito dire che ormai ero troppo in ritardo e che sarei dovuto tornare alle 11.45. Capisco il delirio di questi giorni e le lunghe code di persone in fila per il tampone, e lo stress che tutto questo comporta, ma un po’ più di flessibilità e comprensione me la sarei aspettata da una struttura così rinomata. Peccato, mi sono rivolto altrove I went to the pharmacy this morning at 9 for a blood test, I was asked to come back after about half an hour to dispose of the people who had to swab. I queued at 9.30 am waiting for my shift, arrived at the counter at 9.45 am and I was told that I was too late and that I should be back at 11.45.
