N	Natascha Di Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry but my experience with them was terrible as 1. They weren't capable of solving a hot water problem we informed them about at 9.00 in the morning. When I called them at 16.00 the only thing they could tell us was that it would be solved at 10.00 the next day (after we left). 2. They didn't provide any alternative (having hot water problems in january isn't something you can just ignore), for example another of the apartments they rent out 3. When I dared to say we allready had the problem from the start (2 days earlier) the only reply I received was that I should have contacted them earlier (honestly, I don't believe they would have solved it saturday evening or sunday if they weren't capable of doing anything on monday). So, if you're unlucky and something goes wrong during your stay, don't expect a helping hand from "My Home in Como".

Also thanks for your informations on the hiking tour we were making. First we took the Funicolare up to Brunate. There we started our hike where we first visited Faro Voltiano. Then we were hiking through the woods, via Capanna Cao - Baita Carla - sign left into the woods -> via Monte Piatto to Torno. There we had lunch, then we travelled by boat back to Como. Thanks again! The apartment was equipped with everything needed. The best part was the location. Clary and Marie from "My home in Como" were really polite and helpful. Clary assisted us once arrived by showing the apartment. She informed us about the must-see monuments and places around and gave us many recommendations regarding the region. Marie as well was really helpful before and during our trip in our correspondence She is a professional, as she was really kind and the communication was always prompt. Thank you for everything.
