★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am 03.06.2019 eine Lederjacke für 300 € gekauft. Die Jacke sollte 390€ kosten. Weil ich letztes Jahr schon mal eine bei ihm gekauft habe bekomme ich sie für 300€.
Gestern am 12.06 habe ich genau die gleiche Lederjacke in Malcesine gesehen für 260€ ohne Verhandlung ?
Dort kaufe ich nie wieder !
Have on 03.06.2019 bought a leather jacket for 300 €. The jacket should cost 390 €. Because I bought one with him last year, I get it for 300 €.
Yesterday at 12.06 I saw exactly the same leather jacket in Malcesine for 260 € without negotiation ?
I will never buy there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kocht een pet voor mijn man. Hij kostte € 35. Ik gaf aan dat ik € 30 wilde betalen. De dame van de winkel stemde daarmee in. Daar kon geen misverstand over bestaan. We gingen naar binnen om te betalen. Ik moest contactloos pinnen. De automaat lag achter de toonbank. Ik kreeg de pet in een tasje met een bonnetje erbij. Mijn man wilde de pet meteen opzetten en ik wilde het bonnetje meteen wegdoen, toen zag ik dat ik € 35 had betaald. Ik maakte bezwaar, maar ik kreeg te horen dat ze geen korting hadden toegezegd en gewoon de vaste prijs had betaald. Ik voelde me bedonderd en werd ook nog eens heel onplezierig de winkel uitgezet. Niet netjes.
I bought a cap for my husband. It cost €35. I indicated that I wanted to pay €30. The lady of the shop agreed. There could be no misunderstanding about that. We went in to pay. I had to pay contactless. The vending machine was behind the counter. I received the cap in a bag with a receipt. My husband immediately wanted to put the cap on and I immediately wanted to get rid of the receipt when I saw that I had paid €35. I objected but was told they hadn't promised a discount and just paid the fixed price. I felt cheated and was also very unpleasantly kicked out of the store. Inappropriate.
