★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some unknown reason this major destination in Prato is NOT currently showing up in Google's Travel Guide of top sights in Prato. In fact, it is or should be one of the top two or three stops in your visit, especially if you are an art lover. Recently completely refurbished, this medieval palazzo contains a small but beautiful collection of Italian paintings including works by Daddi, Gaddi, Monaco, Filippo and Filippino Lippi, and Signorelli among others. The building itself is of historic interest as well.
