★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato domenica mattina, di passaggio per Locarno.
Veramente grazioso, con molti attrezzi e costumi di una volta.
La visita è divisa in due parti, al piano terra vi sono molti oggetti antichi, mentre al primo piano, grazie all'aiuto di cuffie, gentilmente date all'entrata è possibile immergersi nelle atmosfere del lavoro degli spazzacamini.

 Visited Sunday morning, passing through Locarno.
Really pretty, with many tools and costumes of the past.
The visit is divided into two parts, on the ground floor there are many ancient objects, while on the first floor, thanks to the help of headphones, kindly given at the entrance you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the chimney sweep work.

Primo piano con numerosi reperti d'epoca e secondo piano con percorso audio/video.

A very nice museum indeed. I had heard so much about it and finally I was able to visit it. Very good admission price (only € 2)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Museo visitabile con solo 2 euro, 2 piani con molti reperti d'epoca, biciclette, moto, divise.. al secondo piano musica e racconti immersivo, molto carino e curato
Museum that can be visited with only 2 euros, 2 floors with many vintage finds, bicycles, motorcycles, uniforms .. on the second floor immersive music and stories, very nice and well-kept

Molto bello è anche l'edificio che ospita il museo!
The Chimney Sweep Museum is worth a visit! The museum is very interesting, there are numerous objects of the chimney sweep's trade and an exciting setting with photos and poems.
The building that houses the museum is also very beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo, raccolto ma estremamente commovente, questo museo è una piccola perla che ci ricorda un personaggio ben lontano da quello descritto nei film di animazione. Lo spazzacamino; un lavoro ormai quasi dimenticato che, in un passato poco lontano però, era più che necessario all'intera comunità al punto da sacrificare l'infanzia di tanti bambini.
Da vedere per non dimenticare...
Small, intimate but extremely moving, this museum is a small pearl that reminds us of a character far removed from the one described in animated films. The chimney sweep; an almost forgotten job which, in the not too distant past, however, was more than necessary to the whole community to the point of sacrificing the childhood of many children.
Must see so as not to forget ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This museum is dedicated to the chimney sweepes: for ages (XVI-XX) the valley has provided young teenagers for this job in the metropolitan areas. And for some families was the only income available. The yearly event in August attracts sweepers from all over the world. The miseum in itself unfortunately is a bit poor in terms of evidences. It should be enriched and enlarged. But it deservs a visit.
