n	nicola longo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una boutique del genere non mi aspettavo di trovare i guanti della frutta e verdura che hanno i supermercati,e al posto di usare un calzino monouso per la prova scarpe mi è stato spruzzato un profumo per ambiente su i piedi . Per caso mi puzzavano ??? ? La titolare per due volte che sono andato a comprare si è dimostrata un po' scortese per questo do due stelle. In such a boutique, I didn't expect to find the fruit and vegetable gloves that supermarkets have, and instead of using a disposable sock for shoe testing, I was sprayed with an ambient perfume on my feet. Did they stink me ??? ? The owner twice that I went to buy was a bit rude for this I give two stars.
S	Susanna Borghini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata nei giorni scorsi in boutique e volevo ringraziare la signora Musetti per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza , ad un certo punto il caldo mi ha fatto abbassare la pressione ho avuto bisogno di un bicchiere d' acqua e di sedermi, devo dire che sia la dipendente che la proprietaria sono state di una sensibilità che non riscontravo da tanto tempo nelle persone ....... grazie ancora di tutto....I capi sono splendidi scelti con molto gusto e classe a costi veramente minori rispetto ad altri negozi, consiglio vivamente questo negozio tornerò molto presto I was in the boutique a few days ago and I wanted to thank Mrs. Musetti for her availability and kindness, at some point the heat made me lower my pressure I needed a glass of water and to sit down, I must say that it is the dependent that the owner have been of a sensitivity that I have not found in people for a long time ....... thanks again for everything .... Lo staff, inclusi i proprietari, è attento, disponibile e gentilissimo. Fare shopping qui è sempre un piacere! The boutique naming is not accidental. Le vorrei fare presente che il dovere di un titolare è quello di fare passare un rilassante pomeriggio di shopping a tutta la sua clientela accompagnata o meno dal proprio cane. Mi congratulo con la proprietaria per l'ottima gestione del momento. Sorvolo sulla dichiarazione che il piccolo cane dichiarato cieco abbia aggredito il suo!!!! I would like to reply to Mrs. Flora as I was in the boutique when the owner with grace and courtesy recommended attention to her dog being of medium / large size. I would like to point out that the duty of an owner is to make all his customers spend a relaxing afternoon of shopping, accompanied or not by their dog. I congratulate the owner for the excellent management of the moment. I fly over the declaration that the little dog declared blind attacked his !!!!

Sono contento e soddisfatto di aver acquistato un prodotto che ritengo protetto. Complimenti per la scelta dei guanti . I found a shop like I've never found in all of Lucca regarding COVID regulations. I am happy and satisfied with having purchased a product that I consider protected.
