★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilità e competenza, agli sportelli mi ci sono sempre trovata bene; basterebbe rendere più efficace l'ufficio protesti - non mi hanno mai risposto alle mail quando l'accesso a questo ufficio non era ancora libero a causa della pandemia.
Availability and competence, I've always found myself well at the counters; it would be enough to make the protest office more effective - they never replied to my emails when access to this office was not yet free due to the pandemic.
