★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo, portate i vostri figli per capire la storia di una guerra terribile. È stato costruito con gli aiuti di Cristiani ed Ebrei, insieme per non dimenticare. C'è un ampio parcheggio. In settembre una grande e bella sagra, con i cibi tipici veneti : bigoli " in salsa" ( salsa di sarde) costicine, polenta, spezzatino, galletto ecc. grigliati, patatine, dolci, tutto squisito, il prezzo veramente modico, circa 7€
Beautiful, bring your children to understand the story of a terrible war. It was built with the help of Christians and Jews, together not to forget. There is ample parking. In September a large and beautiful festival, with typical Venetian foods: bigoli "in salsa" (sardine sauce) ribs, polenta, stew, chanterelle etc. grilled, chips, desserts, all delicious, the really low price, around 7 €

My father was an IMI too. Here he is remembered as thousands of other boys who have undergone internment in the concentration camp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho rivisto oggi dopo cinquant'anni il museo che avevo visto da bambino e l'emozione è stata sempre grande. Un grazie alle persone che tengono vivo questo triste ricordo della barbarie umana.
Today after fifty years I saw the museum I had seen as a child and the emotion has always been great. Thanks to the people who keep this sad memory of human barbarism alive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per i nostri Internati Militari Italiani qui riposa l'Internato Ignoto portato da una fossa comune in Colonia. Il Tempio con annessa chiesa e museo è un posto ricco di storia spesso taciuta nei nostri libri anche scolastici. Ricca la collezione degli oggetti esposti, la biblioteca ed il percorso museale. Una resistenza diversa fatta di freddo, fame, malattia e, spesso, la morte. Un luogo del ricordo della nostra storia recente poco conosciuto. Splendido.
For our Italian Military Internships here lies the Unknown Internship brought by a mass grave in Cologne. The temple with adjoining church and museum is a place rich in history often kept silent in our school books. The collection of exhibits is rich, the library and the museum itinerary. A different resistance made of cold, hunger, disease and, often, death. A place of remembrance of our recent history little known. Splendido.
