M	Mongolfiera Di Gens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 5 stelle perché non ne posso dare 10! Il migliore e più completo museo sulla 1 guerra mondiale che abbia mai visto, potrei starci ore e ore! Quantità di reperti e oggettistica impressionante, spiegazioni molto accurate! Oltre alla guerra anche spaccati di vita della comunità di Timau nel xx secolo! Se siete in zona (e anche se non lo siete) ritengo sia obbligatoria una visita. Ingresso a 3 euro, ci sono rimasto quasi male perché per me vale almeno il triplo! ? I give 5 stars because I can't give 10! The best and most comprehensive WW1 museum I've ever seen, I could stay there for hours and hours! Impressive quantity of exhibits and objects, very accurate explanations! In addition to the war, there are also insights into the life of the community of Timau in the twentieth century! If you are in the area (and even if you are not) I think a visit is mandatory. Admission at 3 euros, I was almost disappointed because for me it is worth at least triple! ?

Bello anche il fatto che gli austriaci non siano trattati come "nemici" ma a loro volta vittime della guerra, del freddo e della fame. Interessanti i documenti che riportano episodi di fratellanza tra i soldati dei due fronti. Interessante la sala dedicata alle Portatrici carniche: per approfondire la loro storia leggere Fiore di roccia di Ilaria Tuti. Presenti molti cimeli e reperti originali della grande guerra, prima guerra mondiale. Siamo davanti ad un pezzo di storia. Su due livelli, ben tenuto e pulito con il Presidente che è un esperto del luogo e alla sua veneranda età, con i suoi racconti ti fa entrare nel vivo di quelle pagine di storia. Nel museo sono presenti anche figure raffiguranti usi e costumi dell'epoca. Complimenti. Se vi trovate da quelle parti una visita è d'obbligo. There are many memorabilia and original finds from the Great War, World War I. We are in front of a piece of history. On two levels, well maintained and clean with the President who is an expert of the place and his venerable age, with his stories makes you get into the heart of those pages of history. In the museum there are also figures depicting customs and traditions of the time. Congratulations. If you are in those parts, a visit is a must.

Commovente ogni teca e ogni oggetto nonche', ovviamente, la sezione dedicata alle Portatrici Carniche. Ampia la collezione, gentilissima la ragazza della biglietteria, luogo profondamente emozionante... Ci tornerei subito Fantastic place, simple but of maximum beauty in the exhibition of many finds. Lo staff vi saprà dare informazioni sui sentieri oppure fare da guida sui monti. Misure covid rispettate molto bene In the old primary school the museum takes you back to the sad war years. Lots of memorabilia and interesting finds. The staff will be able to give you information on the trails or guide you in the mountains. Covid measures respected very well
