★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently live in Agno in the Tessin canton in Switzerland. I have been drinking Bergamotto juice for a couple of years already. I got interested in Bergamotto after learning its properties in promoting autophagy, a process that serves to clean our cells of debris. It's also a good source of vitamin C, critical for the prevention of Covid-19 contagion along with vitamin D, Zinc together with an ionophore like Quercitin to get it into the cells, Magnesium. Vitamin C is easily excreted in the urine so one needs to consume it several times a day. Because apple vinegar taken half hour before meal helps to attenuate eventual insulin peaks, I drink half a glass of Succo di Bergamotto before each meal with one tablespoon of apple vinegar added. Recently I have tried the Paté di Pomodori Secchi and Paté di Carciofi, both delicious but the Paté di Pomodori secchi (patè of dried tomatoes) is absolutely exceptional. I love Basil Pesto and Green Sauce made of parsley but since I have discovered the Paté di Pomodori Secchi of Agro PIc I have found a new lover. Thanks Agro Pic for the exceptional products.
