β β β β β Forte militare, e baita degli alpini, del posto panoramico, ottimo per una passeggiata anche con i cani, si domina tutta la pianura, nei giorni piΓΉ limpidi si vede fino al mare

β β β β β Il forte Γ¨ stato costruito nel 1909 e faceva parte della Fortezza Alto Tagliamento. Era dotato di 4 cannoni da 149 con cupola corazzata girevole e da altro armamento secondario ma, con il posizionamento del fronte sulla linea dell'Isonzo, fu disarmato per potenziare il fronte di Caporetto.
Oggi il forte, gemello di quello del Bernadia, appare ancora in discrete condizioni nonostante l'abbandono e l'incuria del tempo. Il forte tuttavia Γ¨ inaccessibile a causa di alcune recinzioni e della vegetazione che cresce liberamente intorno al forte.
The fort was built in 1909 and was part of the Alto Tagliamento Fortress. It was equipped with 4 guns of 149 with revolving armored dome and other secondary armament but, with the positioning of the front on the line of the Isonzo, it was disarmed to strengthen the front of Caporetto.
Today the fort, twin of that of Bernadia, still appears in fair condition despite the abandonment and neglect of time. However, the fort is inaccessible due to some fences and vegetation that grows freely around the fort.
