A dir poco straordinaria la visita accompagnata da Michelangelo che accompagnandoti con canti e musiche riesce a coinvolgerti nelle storie narrate nel museo. Il museo racconta e presenta opere che testimoniano la lotta alla mafia e propone molti eventi tematici per la valorizzazione delle tradizioni locali e su temi quali la legalità, la violenza sulle donne coinvolgendo autori, artisti, poeti e musicisti. Nel cuore de museo la piazza dedicata al Maresciallo dei Carabinieri Filippo Salvi (nativo di Botta di Sedrina - Bergamo) che morì ad Aspra, sul monte Catalfano il 12 luglio 2007 durante un’operazione dei ROS. Un museo emozionante che consiglio vivamente di visitare a quanti desiderano conoscere la storia sella vera Sicilia e dei suoi abitanti. An extraordinary journey to discover Sicily and its treasures, remembering Marshal Filippo Salvi. A unique, lively and engaging museum. To say the least extraordinary is the visit accompanied by Michelangelo who, accompanying you with songs and music, manages to involve you in the stories told in the museum. The museum tells and presents works that testify to the fight against the Mafia and offers many thematic events for the enhancement of local traditions and on issues such as legality, violence against women, involving authors, artists, poets and musicians. In the heart of the museum is the square dedicated to the Marshal of the Carabinieri Filippo Salvi (a native of Botta di Sedrina - Bergamo) who died in Aspra, on Mount Catalfano on 12 July 2007 during a ROS operation. An exciting museum that I highly recommend to visit to those who want to know the history of the real Sicily and its inhabitants.

É un viaggio divertente e felice, é soprattutto luogo di incontro con il genio di Michelangelo Balistreri, anima e cuore del museo. Assolutamente da vedere.

It is a family museum with stuff that the owners' ancestors used when they fished and preserved anchovy in tinned cans. Nice but a little narrow topic for a museum. The owner sings nice italian songs, the shop with local stuff is cosy but it is a bubble...
