E	Ebe Navarini #rispettoperledonne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Museo del Territorio di Biella è una Istituzione di grande importanza sia per la città che per tutta la zona d'influenza. Si trova nel centro cittadino ai piedi dell'altura del Piazzo. È ospitato in un antico complesso monastico/architettonico tra i pochi conservati. Vi si trovano interessanti Sezioni che spaziano dalla Paleontologica all'Archeologica, alla storico-artistica Medioevale fino alla Contemporanea con un passaggio intermedio attraverso una Collezione d'arte antica mesoamericana oltre alla Sezione dedicata all'antico Egitto con dotazione di contributi digitali interessanti. L'unico appunto riguarda l'allestimento all'interno delle vetrine di reperti romani non immediato in assenza di piccole mappe identificative. La visita approfondita richiede minimo un paio d'ore intense e godibili. Consigliatissimo. The Museum of the Territory of Biella is an institution of great importance both for the city and for the entire area of influence. It is located in the city center at the foot of the Piazzo hill. It is housed in an ancient monastic / architectural complex among the few preserved. There are interesting Sections that range from Paleontological to Archaeological, from Medieval art-historical to Contemporary with an intermediate passage through a Mesoamerican Ancient Art Collection in addition to the Section dedicated to Ancient Egypt with interesting digital contributions. The only note concerns the preparation inside the showcases of Roman finds that is not immediate in the absence of small identification maps. The in-depth visit requires at least a couple of intense and enjoyable hours. Highly recommended.

Monet e Van Gogh" un viaggio virtuale nei quadri di questi due artisti meravigliosi. Il biglietto,fa acquistare on-line comprende anche la visita al museo del Territorio. Gratuitamente si può visitare la mostra fotografica "La musica italiana è passata da qui. Gli anni d'oro del Ferragosto Andornese", un bel tuffo nel passato della musica italiana. Nice museum that houses a permanent exhibition of paintings and temporary exhibitions. Now in progress there is the exhibition "Artevirtuale experience. Monet and Van Gogh" a virtual journey through the paintings of these two wonderful artists. The ticket, can be purchased online, also includes a visit to the Territory museum. For free, you can visit the photographic exhibition "Italian music has passed from here. The golden years of Andornese Ferragosto", a nice dive into the past of Italian music.
m	marilia ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima mostra “Arte virtuale experience: Monet + Van Gogh”, tridimensionale, molto coinvolgente. Unica pecca: le persone MALEDUCATE! È tempo perso recarsi alle mostre per passare il tempo a parlare disturbando chi vuole veramente ammirare queste meraviglie…ma tant’è! Apprezzabilissimo e da segnalare il personale che resosi conto del fattaccio ha subito offerto di rifare un altro “giro” gratuitamente. Comunque tornerò a vederla di nuovo in un orario meno popolato da bipedi maleducati…è aperta fino al 5 dicembre 2021 e consiglio a tutti di vederla. Da segnalare inoltre la caffetteria annessa al museo: anche qui personale affabile, educato, gentile, menu’ sfizioso sia come aperitivi che come pranzo e cena (cena dal venerdi alla domenica, pranzo tutti i giorni tranne il lunedi) Su tutti lo spritz ai mirtilli…una goduria! Ed ora…foto! Beautiful exhibition “Virtual art experience: Monet + Van Gogh”, three-dimensional, very engaging. The only flaw: the RUDE people! It is a waste of time to go to exhibitions to pass the time talking, disturbing those who really want to admire these wonders ... but so be it! Very appreciable and to report the staff who, realizing the crime, immediately offered to redo another "tour" for free. However, I will come back to see it again at a time less populated by rude bipeds ... it is open until December 5, 2021 and I recommend everyone to see it. Also worthy of note is the cafeteria attached to the museum: here too friendly, polite, kind staff, delicious menu both as aperitifs and as lunch and dinner (dinner from Friday to Sunday, lunch every day except Monday) Above all the blueberry spritz … A pleasure! l	little feather on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato la parte archeologica e artistica: la prima una rassegna ampia e interessante di ritrovamenti sul territorio (dal Paleolitico alla tarda romanità), la seconda una selezione di opere dal tardo Medioevo all'epoca contemporanea di respiro nazionale e europeo. Sono inoltre presenti due salette dedicate alle civiltà egizia e alle culture precolombiane. Non è particolarmente rappresentato il pieno Medioevo: in particolare mi ha un po' stupita la mancanza di trattazione dell'epoca longobarda, ma forse perché approfondita da altri musei nelle vicinanze? È davvero poco gestibile per il visitatore e assolutamente da rivedere il sistema delle didascalie della parte archeologica. Molto bella e suggestiva invece la presentazione multimediale della necropoli del Cerrione, che dà voce ad alcuni membri della famiglia dei Farsulei. Gentile e attento il personale del museo. All'entrata, dove c'è un fornito bookshop, viene richiesto di lasciare gli zaini negli armadietti. Il museo è in un bel palazzo storico con chiostro e caffetteria/ristorante. All'esterno c'è un piazzale con alcuni posti auto. Una nota di merito anche per il clima interno, che non di rado nei musei è troppo caldo o troppo freddo, mentre in questo caso si stava proprio bene. We visited the archaeological and artistic part: the first a wide and interesting review of finds in the area (from the Paleolithic to the late Roman period), the second a selection of works from the late Middle Ages to the contemporary era of national and European scope. There are also two rooms dedicated to Egyptian civilizations and pre-Columbian cultures. The Middle Ages are not particularly represented: in particular I was a little surprised by the lack of discussion of the Lombard period, but perhaps because it was studied in depth by other museums in the vicinity? It is really hard to manage for the visitor and it is absolutely necessary to review the caption system of the archaeological part. The multimedia presentation of the Cerrione necropolis, which gives a voice to some members of the Farsulei family, is very beautiful and evocative. The museum staff is kind and attentive. At the entrance, where there is a well-stocked bookshop, you are asked to leave your backpacks in the lockers. The museum is in a beautiful historic building with a cloister and a café / restaurant. Outside there is a square with some parking spaces. A note of merit also for the indoor climate, which is not infrequently too hot or too cold in museums, while in this case it was really good.

There are also an Egyptian room, really good, and as art pieces there are Fontana, De Chirico, and Balla... It was really really nice, not busy at all. First Sunday of the month the entrance is free for all, if not you get access with 6 euros, and there are anyway a lot of concessions. Must visit, and perfect for a lazy afternoon dedicated to culture!
