L'Efebo di Sutri è una la statua di bronzo, alta poco meno di un metro, rinvenuta nel 1912 in un terreno nelle vicinanze di Sutri . La statua rappresenta una figura maschile giovanile nuda in posizione eretta con il braccio destro sul capo e il sinistro piegato in modo da portare ad altezza del volto un oggetto ora mancante, forse uno specchio. L’Efebo risale al primo periodo imperiale. A must for those visiting the Lazio town is the Museum of the Patrominium where the Efebo di Sutri is exhibited. The Efebo di Sutri is a bronze statue, just under a meter high, found in 1912 in a piece of land near Sutri. The statue represents a naked young male figure in an upright position with the right arm on his head and the left bent so as to bring an object now missing, perhaps a mirror, to the height of the face. The Ephebe dates back to the early imperial period.
C	Costanza Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi aspettavo che avesse tanti reperti, tra cui L' EFEBODI SUTRI, alcuni affreschi di epoca medievale e rinascimentale e alcuni di epoca etrusca e romana. Tutto in 4 sale presso un edificio medievale, veramente carino e ben organizzato. I didn't expect it to have so many finds, including L 'EFEBODI SUTRI, some frescoes from the Middle Ages and Renaissance and some from the Etruscan and Roman times. All in 4 rooms in a medieval building, really nice and well organized.
