Cristina vi accoglierà con la sua gentilezza e un aperitivo di benvedinuto, così come il necessario per colazione (merendine, fette biscottate, latte e cialde di caffè). Letti comodi. Ed é pure straeconomico. Nice, nice and clean apartment in the historic center of Sutri. Cristina will welcome you with kindness and an appetizer of benvedinuto, as well as the need for breakfast (snack foods, biscuits, milk and coffee pods). Comfortable beds. And it is well straeconomico.

All'arrivo, seppur non previsto, abbiamo trovato un aperitivo offerto dalla proprietaria. Sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissimo. A presto Andreina, Lorenzo, Emiliana e Rino. Apartment really well furnished, very clean and very functional. Located in the historic center of Sutri, it offers a suggestive and particular panorama. Upon arrival, although not expected, we found an aperitif offered by the owner. We will certainly return. Highly recommended. See you soon Andreina, Lorenzo, Emiliana and Rino.
M	Maurena Ganapini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato in questa deliziosa e curatissima struttura camminando sulla Via Francigena. Straordinaria cortesia e disponibilità di Cristina. Ambiente pulito e dotato di qualsiasi cosa possa servire sia per prepararsi un pasto sia per la colazione. Da segnalare la lavatrice a ciclo breve (graditissima ai pellegrini). Ottimo punto di riferimento per i pellegrini, come nel mio caso, ma anche per chi voglia soggiornare come turista. Vengono date, da Cristina, precise indicazioni per visitare al meglio Sutri. Interessanti i cenni storici, impartiti con passione e competenza. I stayed in this lovely and well-kept structure walking on the Via Francigena. Extraordinary courtesy and availability of Cristina. Clean and equipped with anything that can be used to prepare a meal or for breakfast. Of note is the short cycle washing machine (very welcome to pilgrims). Excellent reference point for pilgrims, as in my case, but also for those who want to stay as a tourist. Precise indications are given by Cristina to visit Sutri at its best. Interesting historical notes, imparted with passion and competence.

Situato a pochi passi dal centro di Sutri offre una bellissima vista panoramica, appartamento composto da 2 camere da letto di cui una ha un piccolo terrazzo, una sala-cucina e un bel, bellissimo bagno.. ristrutturato da poco, è intimo, carino e accogliente.. In mezzo al nulla, ho trovato una perla! Cristina, molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile.. Grazie, Ci rivediamo a gennaio!! I stayed in this apartment almost a week, by accident (and fortunately!) And what to say ... wonderful !! Located a few steps from the center of Sutri, it offers a beautiful panoramic view, apartment with 2 bedrooms, one of which has a small terrace, a kitchen-living room and a beautiful, beautiful bathroom .. recently renovated, it is intimate, cute and welcoming .. In the middle of nowhere, I found a pearl! Cristina, very friendly, kind and helpful .. Thanks, See you in January !!

Accoglienza perfetta, ci hanno aspettato al parcheggio più vicino e fornito ogni informazione. L'unica difficoltà è stata arrivare in centro con la macchina (abbiamo preso paura dei sensi unici, della strada sterrata e delle stradine strette), ma non ha nulla a che vedere con l'appartamento, anzi! Torneremo sicuramente, ma per più tempo...non avremmo mai voluto lasciare la casa! Beautiful apartment in the heart of the historic center of Sutri. Deliciously furnished, recently renovated, equipped with every comfort. Perfect welcome, they waited for us at the nearest parking lot and provided all information. The only difficulty was getting to the center with the car (we took fear of one way, the dirt road and the narrow streets), but it has nothing to do with the apartment, indeed! We will definitely be back, but for longer ... we never wanted to leave the house!

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutti i comfort, con ambienti spaziosi e luminosi, a due passi dalla bellissima piazza di Sutri che è ritrovo abituale degli abitanti di questo antico e bellissimo borgo, ricco di storia e di scorci suggestivi. Nunzio e Cristina sono stati gentilissimi nell'accoglienza, facendoci trovare anche la dispensa rifornita con latte, succhi di frutta, merendine e tutto ciò che poteva servire per i primi giorni! Disponibili anche in seguito per ogni necessità. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO per chi vuole trascorrere un periodo di relax in questa bellissima zona. Stefano e Rossana ALL PERFECT! I stayed for a week with my family in this lovely apartment and we felt right at home! Recently renovated and tastefully furnished apartment, equipped with all comforts, with spacious and bright rooms, a stone's throw from the beautiful square of Sutri which is the usual meeting place of the inhabitants of this ancient and beautiful village, rich in history and suggestive views. Nunzio and Cristina were very kind in welcoming us, making us also find the pantry stocked with milk, fruit juices, snacks and everything that could be used for the first few days! Also available later for every need. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED for those who want to spend a relaxing time in this beautiful area. Stefano and Rossana
