Nello spazio espositivo sono collocate le attrezzature dell'attività precedente, oltre a quella contadina e boschiva.
Al piano superiore, con entrate dalla entrata di servizio dell' vicina scuola e dalla strada sottostante, e' stato destinato a biblioteca e a sala civica, dedicata a Bonardi.
La biblioteca e' inserita in una organizzazione di interscambio tra le biblioteche provinciale per la prenotazione e lo scambio in comodato temporaneo d'uso di libri di lettura e da consultazione.
