Un tuffo nel tempo che porta il visitatore ad apprezzare e capire quest'arte eseguita ancora oggi da pochi talentuosi maestri due dei quali operano ancora all'interno del museo stesso.... I colori intensi e brillanti... Le varie fasi della costruzione del carretto siciliano... La sua storia e quella dei maestri che hanno contribuito a farla diventare unica e irripetibile... Tutto racchiuso in un unico luogo che vi lascerà il segno..... To visit absolutely to enter a unique and unrepeatable era ... Dopo aver visto gli orari online, sia su google che su Facebook alla pagina dedicata (alcun numero da contattare per ulteriori info) mi reco a far visita al museo e arrivato lì davanti lo trovo chiuso. Un tizio gentilmente mi spiega che per quel giorno era previsto un cambio di orario, peccato che sia dovuto arrivare fino a qui per saperlo. Non si fa così. Non è giusto. It's not right!! After seeing the schedules online, both on google and on the Facebook page (no number to contact for further info) I go to visit the museum and got there before I find it closed. A guy kindly explained to me that that day was planned a time change, too bad it had to get here to find out. It does not do this. It's not right.
S	Simona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso!!! Arriviamo sabato mattina per visitare il museo e rispetto a quanto scritto negli orari di apertura nonché 9.00 12.00 troviamo tutto chiuso. Nessun numero da contattare online, solo arrivando al museo abbiamo trovato un foglio di carta rovinato fuori con un paio di numeri da contattare. Dopo diverse chiamate nessuna risposta, solo un numero era disponibile.. Un tizio gentilmente ci comunica il cambio di orario del giorno. Peccato che noi siamo dovuti arrivare fino a qui per saperlo e nn viviamo in zona. Decisamente una pessima organizzazione!!!! Shameful!!! We arrive Saturday morning to visit the museum and compared to what was written during the opening hours as well as 9.00 12.00 we find everything closed. No numbers to contact online, only arriving at the museum we found a sheet of paper ruined outside with a couple of numbers to contact. After several calls no answer, only one number was available .. A guy kindly tells us the time change of the day. Too bad that we had to come up to here to know, and n live in the area. Definitely a bad organization !!!!

In esso sono conservati numerosi carretti siciliani, ricchi di decorazioni raffiguranti scene di vita o epiche battaglie di paladini; un tuffo nella tradizione siciliana che non vi deluderà. The care, patience and class in painting and decoration of Maestro Salvatore Nicolosi make this small museum a precious jewel that deserves to be visited. In it are preserved numerous Sicilian carts, rich in decorations depicting scenes of life or epic battles of paladins; a dip in the Sicilian tradition that will not disappoint you.

Nicolosi Salvatore che ha spiegato nei particolari le varie fasi della costruzione e della pittura del carretto. Una bella esperienza. Un posto va visitare Arte Pura.
